AM (@itsmeitsmeandy) reported@giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?
-
Fred (@fred6279) reported@KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.
-
readwithai (@readwithai) reported@O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

Bangkok Butcher (@Bangkok_Butcher) reported@Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

PhilC (@gibberingphil) reported@Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

Ryan Wolf (@RyanJWolf) reported@giffgaff what is up with your signal in the south of the UK? Every time I’m working down here it’s next to impossible to get a signal! @VodafoneUK @EE is your service any better??
-
Bigwows 💚🤍💜 ✖️✖️🏴 (@bigwows) reported@EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

Guy Emerson (@GuyEmerson) reported@giffgaff Just give up. So many excuses for an appalling service. Just think ‘customer’ and take accountability, not how you can avoid doing anything. @giffgaff
