    @giffgaff I’ve dm you as I’ve a pricing issue as a call to Cape Town landline has cost me nearly £6 which is a lot more than normal not a happy customer at the moment..

    @giffgaff FYI, a 'busy' network should not be causing "error - name cannot be resolved" constantly for 15+ minutes. This been happening sporadically for the last few days.

    @miillsy You would have been given a transfer date Amy, and on this date, both SIMs would lose service, with your giffgaff SIM then being disconnected as your number would then be on your new SIM. If this hasn't occurred, please contact your new provider. - giffgaff Jeanette

    Wow @giffgaff what a service had a full refund in my account with in 48 hours of case being opened with yourselves. DPD lost my daughters Christmas present but you guys took responsibility for their error Thank you
