    @giffgaff Do yo have any contact number for your customer?!! I have got a new phone that requires micro sim, I have received a sim card to replace it with the old one but there is no option for sim swap! I raised this issues through your website with ask an agent but not helpful at all !!!

    @giffgaff what's going on with your service, yesterday and today, I've had no signal where I'd normally have full bars at home and 4g doesnt work, and it's the same with my partner, why are we paying for something that were not receiving 🙄

    @Willhide I do this and have never used more than 3.5GB a month - normally 2.5GB. I'm with @giffgaff and it only costs a tenner. Bargain!

    @giffgaff Left my vulnerable mum without reliable service for 3 months, I literally can’t call her, takes 6 hours to hear back from her via what’s app. I complain and I hear clause 2.1…no offer of help, just here’s a website and clause…do you even train your CS team?
