@LauraKing14 We are a web based network provider, which means we don't have a direct number. The best way to get in contact is through our website via ask an agent. - giffgaff Dana

@attack_monkey Unlocked Huawei B535's are relatively cheap on eBay. Throw in a GiffGaff (o2) or Smarty SIM (Three) depending on whose cell infra you're nearest to. I do weekly streaming for a church via 4G as no fixed feed.. local Three cell gives 50M down / 30M up happily.

Has anyone else been experiencing very bad signal on Giffgaff lately? I have 4G+ in Glasgow city centre but the internet pages don't or take ages to appear #giffgaff (can't even attach a photo to my tweet without waiting 5 minutes for it to be sent🙄🤦)

@Yorksims @Carolin71106072 @giffgaff Am very upset at the lack of assistance from GiffGaff. Just going round in circles and didn't even seem to read the first complaint properly.

@LauraKing14 @giffgaff Been a SIM customer for a while - no complaints. Was about to upgrade my ageing handset, don't think I'll be considering them for it, based on your experience. Hope they take responsibility.

@giffgaff Bought phone from you in August under warranty. Last week I took it out of my bag flashing red hot and had to cool down in freezer. It then turned off. Sent it back to you, you've told me I have to pay £519 to fix it or £15 to send back broken: standard practice?
