So @giffgaff just more than doubled my monthly allowance for no reason. That’s how you do customer service 👍

  • elogudbyegirl Christal Mighty (@elogudbyegirl) reported from Sheffield, England

@YardleyShooting It’s crap and for quite a lot of money per month, I personally can’t wait to finish my contract and go back to GiffGaff. I was with them for a decade and never had many issues unlike I’ve had during the past year with EE.

  • MaryFurlong10 Mary Furlong (@MaryFurlong10) reported from Derbyshire, England

@giffgaff I’ve dm you as I’ve a pricing issue as a call to Cape Town landline has cost me nearly £6 which is a lot more than normal not a happy customer at the moment..

@giffgaff Hi I’ve had a look it is up to date but I attempt to open the app on my phone and it just buffers and returns to Home Screen was unsure as to whether this is a known issue

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@abbybaby2402 Oh dear. What issues are you facing Abby? It may be worthwhile trying log in on a browser, to ensure that your log in details are correct. Also ensure that you are using the most up to date version of the app. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • belowtwostudio Elizabeth (@belowtwostudio) reported

@STEcopywriting @giffgaff Haha yes... Voxi/voki (can't remember the spelling) was a for like to giffgaff. I didn't move as GG has been reliable, good signal and easy to use. And I didn't need the volume of data the other was offering.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@thescarey We're not aware of any issues Stewart. Check you have the most up-to-date app. If you do, uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this makes a difference. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Random_Robbie Random Robbie (@Random_Robbie) reported

@quentynblog EE lad. £10 add-on to use your normal allowance while travelling or £2 a day. Giffgaff is O2 and ****

  • caradoggart Caradogart (@caradoggart) reported

@giffgaff how is it I have full reception at 4g and can’t do a single thing with my mobile data anymore. What’s the point of paying for this data when I can’t use it when I want to (journeys to work mainly). It just gets worse all the time. Higher price less service.

  • quentynblog Quentyn Taylor (@quentynblog) reported

Wow Giffgaff is not the network to go roaming in the USA on... With just email and Twitter usage I apparently managed to burn through £30 of data in *2 days* - err is that normal ? I like them for everything else but I may need a local SIM the next time

  • jane_touil Jane Touil (@jane_touil) reported

@1BenBaller @giffgaff Switched 17 Sept. Number transferred 20 Sept. Problems ever since 😐

  • MissMcLovin84 Nicola McGee (@MissMcLovin84) reported from Manchester, England

@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported
