@giffgaff I’ve dm you as I’ve a pricing issue as a call to Cape Town landline has cost me nearly £6 which is a lot more than normal not a happy customer at the moment..

@giffgaff I’m a CEV secondary school teacher, massive BT outage in my area so no way to set work or teach my lessons tmw. I have a giffgaff sim in a mifi router - bought a goodybag about half an hour ago. No signal.

@giffgaff I have ordered new sim cards 3 times now and they have never come to my address. Then you have the cheek to email me asking how are your new sims?? Whats going on with your deliveries??

@giffgaff can you help please? Tried to send a text to someone which included an emoji and get a "message failed" notification. Plenty of credit on my phone. When I click on the message I don't seem to be able to edit it, just retry or cancel.
