    @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling

    @Arsemicke @dbcxptures Can only speak for myself mate and it’s a drastic difference. In the midlands and I haven’t had any issues since switching from giffgaff.

    @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.
