I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported@giffgaff Trying to top up my mum's phone but you **** app has logged me out AGAIN. Can't log on because of the two factor bullshit sending a code to my other phone. You are ******* useless, your app is ******* useless.

Hamza Butt (@hrbuttpk) reportedBad bad bad service in CBG. @giffgaff
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

Emily gregory (@emilygreg22) reported@andysyers98 @giffgaff Wow what an awful attitude you have, by the look of your X account you are a landscaper imagine a customer talking to you like that, I bet you wouldn’t appreciate it.

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
