    @giffgaff If someone is having payments taken out of their bank account but hasn't got an account or SIM with you, who do they contact? A friend is in this situation, and her bank said to contact you, but she can't without making an account? Any help would be appreciated!

    @giffgaff Unable to login so not an option for me. 24 hours for replies but immediate responses on Twitter. Something a bit odd there, am dealing with a stolen phone so have been out of action since Saturday. Would appreciate urgency.

    @george24740 @VodafoneUK @giffgaff Our engineers have found some damaged cables and are carrying out a repair. While we do this you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We're working as fast as we can. Updated 19:35 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

    @madcow42 @O2 Yeah paramedics are with my uncle atm I hate not being able to contact them properly. Hope your mum will be ok too apparently Giffgaff Vodafone having trouble too

    @giffgaff what's going on? No phone service all day, no internet all day. Lost sevice Tuesday night through Wednesday morning too Absolutely nothing giffgaff working this morning in my area.
