@giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived

Dont join @giffgaff you request refund due to breach of contract and they ignore you. I have had to involve my bank, small claims court and trading standards for fraud. They are in serious trouble now

Looks like a complaint is needed about @giffgaff tomorrow to @Ofcom unfortunately Giff Gaff have breached contract and are now refusing a refund, I have tried and tried to stop all this action being taken, but as they continue to ignore, I have been left no alternative
