    @thom_horne @giffgaff Thanks, never had giffgaff go before, it usually stays on but went straight away as did EE. You don’t realise how much you rely on it.

    @dadindefi @ThreeUK I am having the same problem! It was supposed to be yesterday and still hasn't been done and my O2 SIM card is still working! I have ported my number from various networks in the past like giffgaff and Vodafone and never had this problem before. Three have been terrible!

    @davies_jx @giffgaff Hey! It is not possible to turn off the 2-step verification feature on your giffgaff account. You can tick the *remember me until I log out* box to help reduce the amount of times that you require 2-step verification codes from giffgaff.
