  From you and you don't help you just want my money well I am not renewing my contract in November 1 and put in a non contract SIM of my choice. It's your fault for bloody awful service. Your good at taking my money. I may have to choose voxi on signal results or Giffgaff depends

  @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

  @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

  @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.
