@giffgaff I've raised a problem and not heard back, I completed a bank switch. Your details weren't updated. So I did it manually. Paid £10 yesterday. Balance dropped to £0, paid £10 today balance dropped to £0. What's going on? I need my phone

@giffgaff Dishonesty is not excusable. We are now told next update is 9th July. Just say what the real issue is. How much can I claim for each day if no service please?

@giffgaff I already checked for issues on the online checker and it doesn't show any issues.

@giffgaff I've done that and they haven't been in touch. Lots of people on twitter get in touch. But no one from customer services

I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

@giffgaff Not impressed that there isn't a direct way to make contact with an agent. Bank switch system has worked well with all other direct debit I have. I manually updated Giffgaff my account after it just stopped. It's only by good fortune that I'm able to hot spot to raise this issue

Hi @giffgaff are you rolling out WiFi calling anytime soon? No signal at home and WhatsApp calling etc no use for calling Drs or delivery issues, so will have to swap network if its not on the cards soon 😭

@DavidTh55952799 We understand that you're eager to get this sorted out, but please allow the agents time to look into your issue. They will get back to you via your case as we’re unable to investigate this further for you through social media. - giffgaff Megan

@giffgaff Just tried, no option available for requesting a no service claim. No other option suitable. Can you just make this a bit easier please?
