I've switched from O2 > GiffGaff > O2 including renewing contracts etc and not had to pay a penny to keep my number. The problem you might have is if they disconnect your old number.     @giffgaff for some reason you’ve said my next goodybag has failed even though I have enough money for it. I go onto the app/website and try to log in but it won’t let me, I then try to contact an agent about this problem but you need to log in to ask the problem, some help please

    @giffgaff The WORST, the WORST service in the world blocked my card while stuck out of the country due to covid, lost my online banking access, lost EVERYTHING plus had a number for 10 Years! WORST SERVICE EVER.

    @_aleishahughes @giffgaff yeah i’ve heard terrible things about EE and vodafone too so i just avoid. giff gaff signal and speed is fine i’ve never had problems with not having 4G or anything. you pay for your phone and plan separately so you can choose what you need depending on how much you use x
