    @giffgaff @EdisonChu10 You never clearly informed customers of any time limit, such as 14 or 30 days. This is misleading and feels like consumer fraud.

    giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK โ†’ instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

    giffgaff: โ€œWeโ€™re different from traditional mobile networks.โ€ They werenโ€™t joking. Most networks take your money and provide a service. giffgaff apparently takes your money and provides a lesson in reading the Fair Usage Policy. Truly innovative. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
