Hey @giffgaff since upgrading my phone it frequently says ‘No service’ these days. Apple say it’s not their issue so now I’m looking at you..

@giffgaff I’ve dm you as I’ve a pricing issue as a call to Cape Town landline has cost me nearly £6 which is a lot more than normal not a happy customer at the moment..

Isn't it odd who the contract phone networks like EE, 02 and Vodaphone have issues with keeping customers when they annual RPI increases Buy a phone direct from Apple and Samsung and go to a PAYG network like GiffGaff or SMARTY Owned by the biggest....... sh1† loads cheaper

Lost my phone last week. Unable to log into my @giffgaff account because of two factor authentication which is absolutely ridiculous. How ******** can i receive a text when I’ve lost my phone???? Can’t even log into anything because of this 2FA. Anyway, got a new phone and number

@RobertHanna_eth @giffgaff for mobile and @Plusnet for internet. GiffGaff are not increasing prices for the whole year and use O2 network, regrettably Plusnet have recently.

So … I lost the SIM card with the number linked to this account so I had to order a new one. Then I had to wait for GiffGaff to transfer my number. Then I tried to get a code sent to this one and it never came. Then I had to tweet Twitter Support / Elon Musk and practically beg.
