Hey @giffgaff since upgrading my phone it frequently says ‘No service’ these days. Apple say it’s not their issue so now I’m looking at you..

Same with my daughter's phone: no signal at home. She's currently at her brother's, where her phone works just fine. But @giffgaff are saying everything's hunky dory on their side, claiming "no reports of problems" despite me reporting problems!

Still no mobile signal where I live, but my phone works fine outside of the area. If course, @giffgaff now claims it might be my SIM card. Even though I told them it works fine outside of the area. FFS. Don't you get tired of being treated like a moron?
