    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    @AlanGWardrop @virginmedia I did one better i got a giffgaff sim with hi data usage 100gs all for the price of £20 with vergin i was paying 40+ a month plus had old contract with Vodafone at 40+ ditched them both for what I have currently have & I've never had any problems with connection speed etc

    @giffgaff get your company sorted, 2 days coming onto the 3rd day with SLOW internet or none at all, and don't ignore my messages either. Disgusting company the way they par off their customers because its apart of their 'terms and service'

    @NewportCouncil I just waited 12 minutes on hold only to end up with a giffgaff answer phone message when I got through at the other end followed by the call ending. Can I email to request services? I've tried through the website already but its not working for me.
