@giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

@PurePoliceCams @giffgaff What network do they use? I'm with BT which uses EE's and I get signal almost anywhere I go. When on giffgaff I found I was a bit screwed in certain parts of the South East.

So @giffgaff have reached out and their only option to fix my signal that should be great on my phone is for them to manually turn off my SIM for 24 hours. Apparently this is to "Stabilise the SIM signal". I've told them to do it while I don't hold my breath for it to work.
