@giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

@RahShivji £10 a month...@giffgaff 10gb and unlimited other bits. Had coverage almost everywhere... On the 02 network. Highly recommend. Stay away from Three. You'd have better luck with a tin can and string.

@giffgaff I've tried but the website is very indirect, very confusing and frustrating. If I could just message someone the issue it would be fine but you have to choose from a list what the issue is and my issue is not there.

Bought a refurbished phone from you @giffgaff in June for £139. It hasn’t been dropped or damaged but there’s no sound now when making & receiving calls and it’s shaky when filming. Repairs will cost £260 and this isn’t covered by my warranty. Really unhappy with this service
