I can't deal, I changed to @giffgaff pay as you go a few months ago, but I could never get my Snapchat to load when I was out & blamed it on them. So I changed over to a new network, only to discover today, I had the mobile data switched off for Snapchat haha, Forgive me please?

@timmorgan Hi Tim. Oh dear, that's strange. Facebook wouldn't be blocked on our network. Is this the only website that you're unable to access? - giffgaff Emer.

@Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks, I've tried to switch that off and it says failed. I think I've tried 1919 but will try again just incase. Literally spent the whole of my evening trying to figure it out (and yup I got a samsung) when I've googled everywhere says its a network issue.

@cwoody110 @giffgaff I’ve had this problem too since Saturday night. I’ve done manual roams, tried SIM in another phone, airplane mode - everything and I’m still not getting them. Can’t even get the code from GiffGaff to log in and see the update on my case! There’s obviously a problem.

Hi @giffgaff, I generally think you are great, but surprise enforcing 2 stage authentication to log-in to your website, which requires receiving an email, is not smart. You need data to get to your emails, and an email to top-up your data! This will cause people problems.
