@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@giffgaff since goody bag renewed for first time last night, lost network, this morning got network but sms's are intermitted, calls working but slow to connect and data not working. Can you help please?
