    @giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

    @giffgaff hi, I've had no phone signal all day, yet being told no issue. Have tried rebooting phone x3, checked all settings etc and all good. Hubby on same network with you and he's the same

    @AWaters_1992 @giffgaff That's quite easy to do,you just pay the current EU roaming surcharge of £3.60 per GB from airtime credit until you get down to the 100Mb limit when you can start your next goodybag early so no credit = no data.

    @darkangelazure The symbol showing is the NFC symbol Sophie, which can be turned off within his settings or the pull down options. We'd advise to check the connection settings to ensure roaming data is enabled, as the roaming is showing as on with the R symbol. - giffgaff Jeanette
