  @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

  @giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

  @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)

  @ljupc0 @giffgaff Been central London and countryside, 5g in both cases, can't stream a reel without buffering constantly, websites take forever to load. Swear it wasn't this bad last time I was in the UK

  @OwenJBlanche I’d defo get into them about that, including sports but no Films I always bartered them down to £80, then £50 for BB and another £150 for 3 mobiles. They’ll get nothing in 6 weeks. Vodafone for BB, ID & Giffgaff for mobiles and Virgin for TV. £130 all in. And a magic stick

  @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.
