@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

@dalehay @O2 @giffgaff Mate O2 are ******* awful. I live in Liverpool city centre and have had shocking signal issues. Just left them and went to ee. May be more expensive but at least I can use my phone!

@danidalgrande @giffgaff giffgaff don't support calling via 4G or 5G so as soon as you make or receive a call your network will automatically drop to 3G so that the call will work.

@giffgaff No I would recommend you just let your web-store team know - your page abondmemt rates will be high enough for them to clock the issue, it’s happening on mobile and desktop.

@giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived
