    @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

    @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @FyrFrames @DoesItPlay1 This is the part I don't understand. I am on a pay as you go with Giffgaff and mine worked, he's on the same pay as you go deal as mine, his doesn't work 🤷
