Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

Giffgaff by charging 3.6p per mb over 20gb/m, Three by slowing the data rate right down. It's quite legal under EU law.

She received a new phone and needed a new sim, kept her number and it looks like giffgaff set up a new account, charged her for the new account but didnโt cancel the previous one. So she has paid 17months without realising.
