-
John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@Felim_Doyle @giffgaff An unactivated giffgaff sim will show signal bars if you put it in your phone so you can see how good the coverage is before paying to activate it. You won't know how good the data speeds will be there but you will know the signal strength.

Bill Dennis (@macg33zr) reported@LookoutPoint2 I've got Giffgaff which is using O2. I can get a signal outside and upstairs. It's not great for data but OK for backup. Problem is the mast is uphill at the crossroads and most of village is in a dip!

Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported@giffgaff I want to return it for a refund, but I can only find options for a repair - I don't want a 3rd iPhone 7, as it seems all your 'like new' iPhone 7's have battery health problems? :/

Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported@Xander11012 @giffgaff It was a 'like new'' refurbished phone bought from @giffgaff & browsing imgur over wifi the battery life fell quickly. In 'Battery' settings it says 'Battery health significantly degraded' and prompts me to book a service/repair with an Apple centre. I've had the phone 2-3 weeks.

Félim Doyle #M3HIM 🇮🇪🇪🇺🇬🇧 (@Felim_Doyle) reported@giffgaff Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.

brookie (@Brookie63) reported@giffgaff i have requested a 5G sim from you but its never been delivered. Do i have to have a normal 4G sim & account running first before you send me a 5G sim or are you able to send me a 5G sim then i can activate it & sign up to one of your goddy bags? I have ordered several

Aaron Cox (@aaroncoxuk) reported@giffgaff Hi, is it correct that only certain goodybags come with 5G signal? If I was to downgrade to a cheaper goodybag sometime, would I no longer pick up a 5G signal until upgrading goodybag? Will you be introducing roaming charges again like some of the other networks? Thanks
