So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

  • royale_musiq Elisha Royale 💋 (@royale_musiq) reported from Birmingham, England

@markwilsonit @giffgaff I pay £10 a month with GiffGaff and get 4GB of data, unlimited minutes and texts. Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

  • unit_1974 🐺Wolfish (@unit_1974) reported from Selly Park, England

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

  • Splashy23_ ✨Splashy💥 (@Splashy23_) reported from Birmingham, England

@giffgaff Any timescale on when it’s going to be fixed? I don’t fancy waking a few streets away to get service for the next few weeks

  • Ebony_2706 Ebony (@Ebony_2706) reported

@giffgaff hi my phone is not connecting to the network I have been to an O2 shop and they can’t figure out the problem have you got any help ?

  • ItsCallumtomz Callum (@ItsCallumtomz) reported

Thankfully it’s only been 6 hours since @giffgaff went down, seems to be stabilising so I’ll hopefully be able to make a call within an hour or so

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@championbankole If you could access your emails via another device Michael if you have lost your phone, then this would help you get the verification codes - giffgaff Nicole

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@WarlockGlyndalf No worries Glyn, we recommend rebooting your phone several times within this time frame also to help with this and if the problem persists, you can get back in contact with us then - giffgaff Nicole

  • jruddy99 John Ruddy (@jruddy99) reported

@hapsci Thats weird, because giffgaff use the O2 network (as do Tesco Mobile and others) and I've usually found the O2 service to be fine.... not an expert on iPhones, though!

  • michaelocyoung Michael Young (@michaelocyoung) reported

Hello @giffgaff A friend who is on a rival network (but one which also uses O2 infrastructure) has had EU roaming charges implemented. Can you confirm that you are going to continue not charging for EU+Norway roaming - at least until July?

  • HGooner14 HGooner14 (@HGooner14) reported

@giffgaff Very disappointed. My internet used to work smooth on the £20 plan, yesterday I upgraded to the £35 plan and it feels like it’s throttled as it’s very slow and pages takes long to load. I’m paying more yet the service is much worse 🤔

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@EDI_SarahMQ @giffgaff That's a shame because blocking the phone only bars it from connecting to the network but all of your child's data will still be on it so fingers crossed whoever finds it can't get past your child's pin code and so can't get into the phone.

  • pauldevenish Paul 🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦🇸🇪 (@pauldevenish) reported

@giffgaff I'd like to make you aware of a scam which is happening which is being handled on your network, is there a way of reporting this? #scam #scammers
