So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@cag352 @giffgaff I had GiffGaff for years and was very happy with it. Only reason I changed to Smarty (that I am also happy with) is that GiffGaff do not offer wifi calling. We have a bad signal here so wifi calling is useful.

@DanOffTheRadio I was on GiffGaff for a while (swapped to Vodafone to get a new phone on contract) and they were excellent. Coverage was good, plan was brilliant and customer support was spot on.

@TroubleDads @virginmedia Completely agree, i felt it was so unfair. What made it worse was that about 4mth after moving in, VM was supplied to the area! They would have known this too. I take great delight in putting as many off of VM as i can, awful company. Happily now have giffgaff and freeview 👍

@giffgaff @cag352 I left O2 with an expensive price increasing contract and came over to @giffgaff to get exactly the same network coverage and paying alot less for alot more data etc. I pay £10 a month for 15gb and often receive a goodybag extra of a further 1gb. Wife and family have now joined

@giffgaff This is one of the most pointless posts you've made while reality TV is off the air 🤔 disappointing Giffgaff. As a mobile network you're in the lead, but quit with the "lifestyle" posts. Tweeted while eating a sausage and bacon bun with tomato sauce.

@Yorksims @giffgaff @O2 Sadly as GiffGaff use the O2 Network, of which O2 and Vodafone 'share' masts. GiffGaff won't be able to repair a mast and will just continuously fob people off saying the 'network is busy', when in fact it's an infrastructure issue. Fix the mast issue and the network will be fine

Thinking of switching my EE SIM only to GiffGaff cos for £2 more a month I’d save £2 A DAY on roaming when abroad. Anyone on it? Pros and cons? It’s O2’s network isn’t it?

Is there an issue with the mast on Sunningdale Road, HD4 5DX? - My signal is absolutely dreadful and the mast is less than 40 meters from my house. I keep getting told work is happening in my area, but nothing seems to be happening. Any help would be appreciated. @giffgaff @O2
