Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

Why people pay £40+ a month for phone contracts I'll never know. I can't say much cuz I was with O2 from the age of 16-25 and paid about £47 a month but still 🤣 then I learned that I can pay £20-£25 a month for unlimited everything on a sim only deal thanks to @giffgaff 😁

As a regular traveller in the EU, I will have no option but to change network from @giffgaff (The phone - a Moto G6+ running Android Pie - can see the networks, but all are "Forbidden".
Really P'd off with @giffgaff Have just returned from France where, for the third EU trip in a row, my SIM would not connect to local networks. Roaming turned on on my phone. Roaming turned on on my Giffgaff account settings. Have posted on the Community, but no solution.

terrible customer service @giffgaff ported number to you on Thursday and no calls/texts since then, no customer helpline to phone and zero response from your 'agents'; seems to be an ongoing problem and you're just hiding it away in your 'archive' section
