I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.
