    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

    So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

    @markwilsonit @giffgaff I pay £10 a month with GiffGaff and get 4GB of data, unlimited minutes and texts. Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

    Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

    Why people pay £40+ a month for phone contracts I'll never know. I can't say much cuz I was with O2 from the age of 16-25 and paid about £47 a month but still 🤣 then I learned that I can pay £20-£25 a month for unlimited everything on a sim only deal thanks to @giffgaff 😁

    @super_marek @giffgaff I had an issue with them where calls were not being connected and their contact us form was broken. Sadly community support couldn't help with that either. I had to go to ofcom to get refund and transfer

    @__k_a_r_a__ @SMARTYMobileUK I've try to change my Giffgaff for Smarty for same reason 30GB for £10 seems unbeatable but there is one big flaw no network where I work and Giffgaff still provide two bars on 3G .

    @giffgaff It's not a problem with my browser, url says it's `internal-error`, so something has gone wrong on your side. I've already sent a request to your support, but they will take ages to reply.

    The stalling techniques from @giffgaff agents when you have a genuine problem is unbelievable. 29291 steps that don't make sense to avoid them having to deal with the problem. Appalling #CustomerService

    @giffgaff Would love to try that, seems the problem is I'm not getting a 4G signal, checked I have Mobile Data ON so it's not that... this just keeps getting better.
