All the lights flickered & then our local neighbourhood had a power outage. Lasted about 4mins but local WAN seems to be down for multiple ISPs/methods... (Virgin broadband/EE 4G/Giffgaff(O2) 4G). Interesting breakage! ⚡

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

Dear @giffgaff im really sorry but after several years with you I can no longer stand whatever is going in with the service......the WiFi is pants it eats my data and never works half the time and I don't feel it's value for money anymore best regards @denisdevlin1

  • oldskoolkiddy
    Mike Fletcher (@oldskoolkiddy) reported

@giffgaff Packaging - no problem, and I’d expect a phone sold as in excellent condition to run as such. Other refurbished iPhone sellers guarantee a minimum battery performance of 85%? No point spending £200 on a phone to have rubbish battery life!

@miaridge Yeah, I'm terrible at switching anything. Any recommendations? GiffGaff uses O2 network so I'd have same network access (but slower I hear). Have virgin broadband so maybe they'll give me a deal.
