Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.
