Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

Good though WFH is, it comes with days where @virginmedia have a outage affecting the whole area, and @giffgaff (well 02) are also running at about 5% of normal speed. Today is one of those days. At least the power hasn't gone off.

Hum. Now there are some words that do not hang well together Three and support staff and service best move i ever made was switch to GiffGaff far better service .

@MarkHammill You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue - giffgaff Nicole

I f not fixed today I’ll just move back to @giffgaff and buy my phone/watch outright. At least @giffgaff doesn’t pretend to help while - how many people?! - 7 or 8 attempts to get help INCLUDING HERE have got me nothing. 700+ followers - listen up. Vodafone batting 0 so far.
