Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@giffgaff hello giffgaff people. If you were to add anything to your service, could you please consider WiFi calling. Living in the middle of the countryside, my signal is hit and miss a lot of the time. I’m sure I can’t be the only person with the same trouble. Thank you 🖖🏻

@sammy56373846 Yes you can,just keep using the Vodafone one until it loses it's network connection then swap over to your giffgaff one and restart your phone every 10 minutes or so until it's fully working.

@giffgaff I would like to make an official complaint about the staff member from your "case complaint team" who has lied to me for the past 10 days, how do i do this as he has just told me he has no manager or boss. Probably another lie.
