    Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

    @Snaptophobic Might not be what you want, but I usually buy refurbs from giffgaff and haven’t had a bad one. They start at £79 for a scruffy but fruity one.

    @giffgaff Hi there, am a v happy customer. Currently trying to work out why I can't see to top up my goodybag. Keeps asking if I want to recur, I click no, but then can't seem to buy a goodybag. Has something changed?

    @giffgaff Hi, I've to make a video call on my phone but that does not seem to be an option and internet search seems to indicate this might be a service provider feature - is it? Also found references to wi-fi calling and again that seems to be a service provider thing.
