Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@giffgaff Very bad service, I still feel cheated and attention, never overload a package, plan or new recharge before finishing the current one, even if it is expired... Well, they will not be able to use it until the last day of expiration ends. Therein lies the secret to fraud. Sorry!

@sliippr If you need a sim, O2 (and therefore also giffgaff) still have free EU roaming. I’d recommend getting a giffgaff sim because they are super cheap - mine is £10 a month for 15 GB and it’s not a 12 month contract, you can cancel it whenever you want

@meowlaurenrose @giffgaff You can always call 43430 and press 2, where they will give you a run down of what you got left. It may be worth turning your phone off/on to see if that gives it a kick.

@rebster4s You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2
