Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@giffgaff I’m a customer trying to remedy a duplicate card transaction. Just noticed that your response page has a typo on it. Presumably ‘and agent’ should read ‘an agent’ shouldn’t it?

@giffgaff hi I just got a Sim and activated it yesterday but I can't do anything with the line. Can't call, text nor browse. The network strength is OK. I have dropped a request with an agent but no response.

@Yorksims 2 .... I have another complaint about Giffgaff. Giffgaff assumes that everyone is computer-literate. I couldn't post my complaint in giffgaffs' community thingy - what the hell is a "tag" ??) The community thing should be accessible to even computer-illiterate peeps.

Hey @giffgaff @O2 do you no longer have a GPRS network? I have a device that only has GPRS capability and used to work fine until a month or two ago.
