@giffgaff I’m trying to use a new sim on my phone but it keeps saying ‘sim not supported’ and I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve already paid for a monthly plan.

@giffgaff Raised a ticket however no one has got back to me not the greatest start been with Vodafone for 12 years never had an issue now this. Need to access my credit card account asap only way to do that is online and I can’t get the code!!!!
@giffgaff hi just moved over from Vodafone,but when I try and get a OTP to access my credit card account the sms is not being received attempted multiple times can send and receive other texts fine. Never had an issue when I was with Vodafone hope this isn’t going to be an issue
@giffgaff help pls bought a goody bag last week to reoccur but current bag has ran out of data so I want to use new bag now but won’t let me
@giffgaff i am not happy at all . my account now says i have no data and my goodybag has run out after a MONTH of awful data connection and my texts NOT sending or calls going through. This is outrageous

@giffgaff I bought a £10 good bag yesterday and I’m being told I have no credit (I have not made any calls or texts) I have only used data (at the same levels I use data every month and I never run out). Can you please assist?
