  @EE Contract ends 16/06 for 2 iPhone 14s. Want a sim only deal until we upgrade later this year. You can offer 5/10GB deals. Very poor when I can get monthly deal with giffgaff for £8 for 5GB. Obviously not worried about customer retention.

  @MarinaPurkiss @EE I never have a contract. Use giffgaff and monthly goody bag. Can never be overcharged or get into any of these silly situations.

  @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

  Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

  @O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Bye👋
