@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF

@eszternikolettm A nearby phone mast in the W1G 9TF area is currently not working and this will be what is causing your usage problems. The engineers are aware of the issue and are working to fix the problem. - giffgaff Ann 1/2
