@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF

@giffgaff ive got a 100GB data bundle and I cant do a **** with it because you guys have no signal strength. I have a video call coming up but thanks to you guys I am stuck in the middle of nowhere with no service strength.

@EE For some reason I can't send the text via GiffGaff (no problem with texts to 07 numbers). I don't have time to phone 150 today, or to mess around reinstalling the MyEe app. I'm not impressed that I can't send a message when I log into my a/c via browser.

@TonyMoretta @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK The answer's a dual-SIM phone. For some reason Google, MS, Yahoo et al won't recognise my JT number range for sign-ups - and JT won't recognise this is an issue. Thank goodness for my giffgaff SIM.
