@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF

@Peter_Bennet Hi Peter. We have monthly goodybag options, however, we are a PAYG network so our members are never tied down to us. If you decide to purchase a goodybag, but don't wish to add it on every month then you have the option to add it as a one off. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@z52782 @giffgaff Relatively easily!? Here's the thing what if I don't have a driver's license? What if I cant find my passport and don't want to pull out half my house just so I have full access to the internet again? I just want to know why now have you done this? What was the problem before??

@marcsrhudson @giffgaff Don't usually recommend but try 'Smarty' the discount service from Three; £6:00 per month, unlimited calls texts & 4Gig of data. You should also be able to port your number.

@JayneCowan @matthewevansnpt Personal SIM is GiffGaff, work one is EE. I have less signal issues in almost every location on the supposedly crappy cheap network than I do on the premium network. Lost track of the number of times I have to call back on the other line.

@RhonaBT Hello, We have had a look at our coverage checker and the masts in your area are as they should be and it shows no issues with your coverage. Try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. - giffgaff Ann 1/2
