@giffgaff It’s hard to know which factor it is - as there weren’t any issues before. I don’t have another phone I can test the sim in, is there any way of getting a replacement sim?

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

@nurodev @giffgaff Hi. Giffgaff never send such emails. Sounds like a phishing email spoofing giffgaff email account. That is easily done. Don’t click any links in there. Delete it.

@giffgaff hi. Since changing my sim from EE to giff gaff my phone turns off and back on numerous times a day, claiming it can’t find a network. Is there a chance of it being a problem with the sim ? Had no phone problems before this and Apple said it’s nothing they’ve had before.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Zander_Paterson Hi Zander. Oh dear, that's strange. Normally your SIM card wouldn't cause your phone to turn off. However, are you able to test the SIM in another phone to see if you have the same issues? This way you could see if it's the SIM or phone causing the problem. - giffgaff Emer.
