Peter Edwards (@PeterEdwards99) reported@TeeNoodles @BlokeOnWheels Sky, Giffgaff, Lyca and a bunch of others don't have their own network, they essentially rent from people like O2, EE etc. Far as I know only 3, O2, Voda and EE have a network. So I presume tenants have to charge if "landlord" does? Or can they set roaming pricing independently?
