@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF

@giffgaff Do you know what forget I even asked I'm going into town to get a SIM from a phone shop. At least if it goes wrong there are people to help. You lot are useless you don't need my money anymore. You owe me but I doubt very much I will get anything back
