@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF

@Junebug_Minis @giffgaff 2/2 regulations changed on the 3rd of this month though and if your number was deactivated in the last 30 days you can recover it by requesting a PAC code from the giffgaff agents to move your number to another network.If over 30 days though you can't get it back unfortunately.

@giffgaff well I was gonna buy a refurbished mobile phone, but you've changed your monthly payment system to @Klarna who don't want me to despite never had a problem with paying installments over a year with you before. Guess I'll look elsewhere then & use PayPal instead.

@ed_objective I’ve always been happy with @giffgaff Flexible so can change rate pay each month depending on how much you use. Most range up to £20 a month. Only paid 10 last month with my own phone. Rates seem to have come down over the years been with them. No long term contract.
