Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.
-
Anouska Curzon (@Noosh1977) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@giffgaff Unfortunately none of the questions in the support function relate to my problem. Can you help?
-
David Ogilvie (@DRZO73) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandAwww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

-
Ross Rhodes (@trrhodes) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?
-
Anouska Curzon (@Noosh1977) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@giffgaff when I send texts it appears as another number to the recipient - can you help?

Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland@brightdome Feedback from my mother who was seeing Paradise Lost tonight - she was at table 17, but had no phone signal to scan the bar code and order drinks (sheโs with Giffgaff). She absolutely loved the show, and all the attention to detail to ensure safety.
-
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland@giffgaff So, your goodybags donโt cover any phone calls or texts - including phone calls to landline numbers (0131) or texts to other Giffgaff users. How much do users have to bribe GG for even a vaguely functional service, and what compensation does GG give failed customers?
-
Andrรฉs Romanowski (@AndruRomanowski) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@giffgaff Thank you Kyle. I just contacted an agent to see if they can help.
-

Tim Royds (@timroyds) reportedHow frustratingโฆ 20+yrs as @O2 customer, best deal for me to renew = ยฃ15 + annual rises, for new customers ยฃ8! So much for looking after customers! @giffgaff @ยฃ10 no price increase here I come!! (which is O2 coverage anyhow - but Iโll have more data now!)
-
Dominic (@D_Rodders) reported@giffgaff Hi, struggling to login to active our SIM, as I don't know my giffgaff number, or member name! Only the email address I signed up with. Any ideas?

Mark ๐โโฌ ๐โโฌ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are ๐ฏ with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...
-
ROBIN HOOD ๐น (@Robinsolshood) reported@giffgaff why ******** my unlimited data not working again Sort it out lads
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
-
kakarot (@kakarotx92) reported@giffgaff that is it. Had enpugh of your **** signal and slow service. Goodbye

That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even ๐
-
My Name is Phil (@philhguk) reported@xxx_kimbo_xxx @EE I used to be with EE then all of a sudden I couldnt get a signal in my own home so I switched to GiffGaff, I still only get 1 bar but at least it works. Considering I live about a 10 - 15 min walk from the town centre the mobile signal here is shite on all networks.
-
daryl greaves ๐ญ (@greavesdaz) reported@giffgaff is there an issue with signal in the DE11 area? Canโt get any signal at all unless connected to WiFi
