    @brightdome Feedback from my mother who was seeing Paradise Lost tonight - she was at table 17, but had no phone signal to scan the bar code and order drinks (sheโ€™s with Giffgaff). She absolutely loved the show, and all the attention to detail to ensure safety.

    @giffgaff So, your goodybags donโ€™t cover any phone calls or texts - including phone calls to landline numbers (0131) or texts to other Giffgaff users. How much do users have to bribe GG for even a vaguely functional service, and what compensation does GG give failed customers?

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

    @LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @giffgaff Post code is nr18 0xz Norfolk area. It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! ๐Ÿ˜” U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. Works fine midnite time. It's a joke .

    Iโ€™ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldnโ€™t believe it. Going from ยฃ15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    .@giffgaff have generally been good (10 years+ a subscriber). For the past few days, I have been unable to send texts from my UK number. I had to go onto a forum to diagnose what I thought was a device problem. Reset my network settings (no help). And then back top the forum to find a coverage map. Ideally, giffgaff would send alerts to impacted areas so we are aware with this information. And, with connectivity being fundamental to everything we do in the digital world, communication should be treated as high priority as a burst water pipe or gas leak. This is why community-owned networks are so crucial. There is an extra level of care and concern when the issue directly impacts you.

    @lukerobertblack The Boomers think that because you spend a tenner a month on a GiffGaff and have a phone that costs ยฃ20 a month you are frivolous and don't work hard. And that a one bedroom flat at 12x earnings is just a matter of knuckling down.
