@brightdome Feedback from my mother who was seeing Paradise Lost tonight - she was at table 17, but had no phone signal to scan the bar code and order drinks (she’s with Giffgaff). She absolutely loved the show, and all the attention to detail to ensure safety.

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

  • clouddancefest Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland

@giffgaff So, your goodybags don’t cover any phone calls or texts - including phone calls to landline numbers (0131) or texts to other Giffgaff users. How much do users have to bribe GG for even a vaguely functional service, and what compensation does GG give failed customers?

  • JamieGuthrie_ Jamie W Guthrie 🏳️‍🌈 (@JamieGuthrie_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@giffgaff hi I have been a loyal customer for years can you send me some free giffgaff stationary xxxxx

@LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

  • DRZO73 David Ogilvie (@DRZO73) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Awww, no @giffgaff!!! I hate the new voicemail guy. Terrible annoying voice and I just want the friendly, cheery Geordie announcer guy back or I'm going to have to leave you. #bringbackgeordiegiffgaff

@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

  • Noosh1977 Anouska Curzon (@Noosh1977) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@giffgaff Unfortunately none of the questions in the support function relate to my problem. Can you help?

@giffgaff I’d say anyone who want reliable mobile service just pay for a proper provider. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

  • Covlad1981 John mccafferty (@Covlad1981) reported

@amyhart1707 Good luck with the signal on 3,especially using the internet on mobile data.Recommend giffgaff 👌

Lols Nokia's are cheap as **** on eBay and Giffgaff hone has not been cloned so far unlike my ten year plus phone number.

  • DrSamHayes1 Dr Sam Hayes (@DrSamHayes1) reported

@giffgaff I’ve asked for help before through your forum. Why different this time? I’ll see if I have the energy to try more giffgaff solutions. But that doesn’t explain why most times I can’t even send a text first time and have the resend multiple times just to text.

  • MarieWistuba Lady Muck frae Clabber Castle. (@MarieWistuba) reported

@katiec1314 Giffgaff good and no contract, cancel anytime. Different price packages.

  • Balr0g Norma Ballingall 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@Balr0g) reported

@katiec1314 Giffgaff is good and works on O2. Unlimited calls and texts with 15Gb data for £10 a month. No contract, cancel any time. They also have cheaper packages and you can change it every month.

  • standup220 Standup220 (@standup220) reported

@giffgaff why is my internet running like utter **** it's been like this for days nothing is loading I've got more than enough data Sick of paying every month for data that barely works Maybe it's time for a new provider

  • DrSamHayes1 Dr Sam Hayes (@DrSamHayes1) reported

@giffgaff It’s not a temporary signal issue. It’s a complete failure of your network to actually provide coverage. I’ve done all your community advice stuff and fiddled with settings and all sorts. It’s just useless.
