  Just watched a disgusting advert on C4. An ad from a group of "companies claiming they want to help us through this difficult period of rising prices." ******* parasites. Boots advertising their advantage card. Coop. Giffgaff. Go Conpare etc etc. LOWER YOUR PRICES that'd help us.

  @giffgaff I have been charged for a phone and no confirmation and told on website error with my card. Can you please cancel this order as had no email confirmation of order yet money taken!!!

  @JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah

  @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

  @giffgaff What a waste of time, guys don’t even bother they just send you a pre typed message telling you their signal is fine despite all wee people moaning about it, but yeah it’s fine sure sure

  @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

  @EE can't wait. Couple of days and I never have to deal with you again. I hope mlte people see this and jist take as a warning. Steer clear and just get sim only pay as you go. Ignkre these awful deal. Giffgaff awaits! And better connection/network coverage

  @KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

  @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

  Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

  @Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also
