  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • Maliwil RAVEAUD Emmanuel (@Maliwil) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Oh thanks so much, only one solution refund my money back on 5 days, so I don't have a phone for a new week. Thanks @dpd_support for your perfect work ... So know you are going to give me a new phone 🤬😤

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

  • Loucathwil ☃️🎄🦌loucathwil🧵✂️🧸 (@Loucathwil) reported from Bexleyheath, England

R.e. the @giffgaff phone app, it NEVER remembers my password, and neither do I, as I'm always forced to add capital letters and other details I will never remember. Please make your services more accessible to those of us with neurological handicaps xx #neurodiversesquad

  • catskidschaos Karen Reekie (@catskidschaos) reported from Richmond, England

If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

  • TheGaffaSM Prince Vegeta (@TheGaffaSM) reported from Merton, England

    Never GiffGaff💥

Giffgaff Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tommiekiddy Tommie Kiddy (@tommiekiddy) reported

@smartymobile @SMARTYMobileUK has disconnected disabled uncle's mobile of over 15 yrs. Terminated @giffgaff old number (since 26th July) instead of Transfering it. Customer Service & Support not helping at both MVNOs. He's lost access to Family support system & business affairs.

  • HausOvDisMater DIS - Vulturine (@HausOvDisMater) reported

@giffgaff Well I've done this and the only result was for your customer services to take no responsibility and pass the buck. Really just dreadful.

  • unicornfacuk Helen @ The Unicorn Factory | Surface Design (@unicornfacuk) reported

@giffgaff Can you feedback to someone that the service issue needs to be VERY CLEAR on the page where you book a PAC transfer date? If @giffgaff can't currently process phone number transfers they shouldn't be letting people book them!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@unicornfacuk We completely understand your frustration, as we know how important it is to have access to your services. However, as soon as the issue was identified, it was updated on our community forum. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you Helen - giffgaff Megan

  • gibby26 Gibbo (@gibby26) reported

@benno44775 @giffgaff Tried all of this, the sim card just won't register on the O2 network, problem started on Tuesday morning

  • josephjscollen Joe Scollen (@josephjscollen) reported

@giffgaff any reason why my 4G has been ridiculously slow for the past few hours? I’ve checked the coverage but there’s no problems?

  • jaffamonkey jaffamonkey (@jaffamonkey) reported

@giffgaff No reply to previous message so reiterating. Your "Unlimited" bundle is a con. For 3 months had no issues on GB-specific bundles. Then on first day of Unlimited, people at work noticed my connection keeps dropping on video call. Don't BS me, I noticed this before.

  • super_taxi SuperTaxi (@super_taxi) reported

@giffgaff Visually, I can now see the 4g sign at the top of the screen. Hopefully normal service resumed....

  • mrtecheasy James Burnham (@mrtecheasy) reported

@Ste903 @wrexham Yes its vodafone, changing over on the 7th haha but network checker says it better in my postcode than Giffgaff (O2) plus Voxi has WiFi calling which I need up where I am, and works out cheaper than I was paying with giffgaff anyway

  • Happy_kiddo Nidhi (@Happy_kiddo) reported

@giffgaff Thank you for your reply. I’m still waiting for my sim to arrive in the mail, been quite a while. Plus i have my PAC from o2 ready. Really hoping your operations are back to normal next week as I’m a new customer.. now a nervous one. 👀
