@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

In fact never add credit, just get a goodybag direct everytime otherwise soon as u add credit ur phone will start eating ur cred
