    @giffgaff Thanks for the help I’ve looked at sending the phone in for repair but it advises about repair costs and a £15 return fee. I want to know if it will be replaced using existing consumer laws a £1300 should last more than 2.5 years Apple agree but said contact GiffGaff the retailer

    @SOLIDLIQUID5 @Queenjunkfood @giffgaff Ofcom own all UK mobile numbers and the networks pay to use them. We never own the number we just pay to use it which is why the networks can disconnect them because of non usage and recycle them if they want to for instance.
