    @giffgaff my phone keeps saying “no sim installed” when in fact there is. i’ve taken it out and put it in again and i’m still having the same trouble. is there a fault with giffgaff instead?

    And @giffgaff - I need me phone for emergency contact with me disabled brother and elderly Aunt. I can't phone them or receive calls so its been a worry for last couple days with no signal (I have contact through other means but its annoying)

    I wonder if @giffgaff will bloody get there act together and fix the signal issues in LS6 area of Leeds. It's been down since Tuesday and still not fixed. I hope they offer everyone in LS6 compensation for the bloody annoying

    @giffgaff I just bought a new phone- the sim has been fine in this phone for the past week. i haven’t been in contact with anyone because i was having trouble logging into the app. could you check the account for me please?
