    @EJWoolf Hi Emma. You would need a PAC code to be able to transfer your number to any network. However, you can request a PAC code by texting the word PAC from your current network SIM to 65075. - giffgaff Emer.

    @giffgaff So are you going to refund me? And it’s not your engineer is it? You don’t own the infrastructure you piggy back on another provider. Be honest. I’m paying for no service

    @giffgaff you know what would be a good idea for a phone network... to have a phone number yourselves to actually speak to your customers.

    @giffgaff I’ve had a response regarding my “repair” today and have been told that the issue isn’t under warranty (faulty battery) and that you want £253 to repair it when the phone only cost £179?!
