What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

His service is consistently terrible, whether at home in Edgbaston or in the city centre, or at work in N Birmingham, to the point where he's now leaving to switch to Giffgaff.
