@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@Ne3Steve Yes, the most I've used is 5gig when we had a break down your way but everyone was tethered onto my phone as they couldn't get data. Giffgaff don't give as much data but you can buy new phones from them that are cheaper than airtime providers.

@giffgaff My daughter received an appalling customer service after purchasing a refurbished iPhone from GiffGaff. She was sent 2 defective phones and after returning the second has been waiting 11 days with no contact!! GiffGaff have let her down 😖

I've always enjoyed being with @giffgaff, but your signal of late is atrocious. Every other time I take out one of my phones it's on no service no matter where I am. What has happened in the last few months that has made your service deteriorate? 😐 #Giffgaff #PoorService

@giffgaff Nope we’re are all leaving giffgaff as the service is terrible, I’m outside in the rain to tweet and make a phone call cos if I go indoors I’ll have no service.
