    @giffgaff Contacted you EARLY July re complaint, eventual customer service response but no response to my complaint. Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

    @giffgaff. Made complaint via email 9.7. Told a reply within 5 days for reply. It is now 28.7. Any chance of contact being made. First time I’ve had an issue with yrselves. Lack of communication a second bigger issue

    @Alichat66 a good service provider firm is GiffGaff a good reasonably priced phone, but capable is WileyFox

    @clygro yeah ive been reading about smarty and it appears to operate the exact same as giffgaff, its just cheaper and on three's network instead of o2's

    @giffgaff Does the £35 golden bundle actually mean unlimited everything? I mean you won't slow down the mobile data to practically nothing after so much usage will you like you do on the *Always on* data...

    @giffgaff absolutely shocked at the service. I couldn't get any 4g connection even with good reception. I needed to access QR codes to make some returns and instead of taking a few minutes i looked like a muppet. Then no data access meant no uber. Ridiculous
