  @giffgaff. Made complaint via email 9.7. Told a reply within 5 days for reply. It is now 28.7. Any chance of contact being made. First time I’ve had an issue with yrselves. Lack of communication a second bigger issue

  @giffgaff Contacted you EARLY July re complaint, eventual customer service response but no response to my complaint. Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

  @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.
