-
Si (@Si_67) reported@O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Byeπ
-
Mark πββ¬ πββ¬ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@HelenCleave2 We're sorry to hear this has been going on for a while now Helen, but this can only be sorted via your case. As we are an online mobile network we do not have a customer service number to call unfortunately - giffgaff Jade
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 Unfortunately, this isn't something we can investigate through social media, and must advise that you keep in touch with our agents through your case, and provide any information that they need there, so we can help sort this out for you as soon as possible. β giffgaff Tasbiya

gojjam (@therealgojjam) reported@kaixan203 @P0lyblank Chill on giffgaff wtf

Jazza (@jmilprint) reported@mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc Β£10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Adam31Bell Hi Adam. Choose to get the code sent to the email linked to your account instead. If you still have issues please send us a DM. - giffgaff Gavin
-
Fred (@fred6279) reported@KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah
