What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE
