Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@AndreaChipman @giffgaff If you reported both the phone and sim as lost/stolen,giffgaff will have barred the IMEI number of the phone so it won't work with any network until they remove the bar for you,(takes about 5 working days to be removed).
