Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

mandle (@mandlecreed) reported@giffgaff I'd moved house, was on 3 at the time and in this house I barely got signal, so decided to change carriers. GiffGaff seemed to have the best sim only deal, got a sim, the rest is history. Bought 2 or 3 phones through yourselves too. All good stuff!
