What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

Gordon Catterall (@gcat1169) reported from Bryn, England@giffgaff. Made complaint via email 9.7. Told a reply within 5 days for reply. It is now 28.7. Any chance of contact being made. First time I’ve had an issue with yrselves. Lack of communication a second bigger issue

A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Graham Martin (@graeuk) reported@O2 @giffgaff I'm on the Eurostar travelling back from Belgium. Signal tremendous all the way 5G /4G on Orange-B / Orange-F until I get to the UK when it keeps dropping and I get loading icons. Why in 2025 can't the UK have reliable signal throughout the country?
