    @giffgaff Contacted you EARLY July re complaint, eventual customer service response but no response to my complaint. Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

    @giffgaff. Made complaint via email 9.7. Told a reply within 5 days for reply. It is now 28.7. Any chance of contact being made. First time I’ve had an issue with yrselves. Lack of communication a second bigger issue

    @MissBrownYork83 @Apple @giffgaff Have you tried Face Timing / Video Calls? Does it worth then? Maybe your phone if it does play up as the network is ok then

    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
