@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

@giffgaff hi I need help. I was trying to set a sim card up for my mother. I think I entered a character wrong on my email address and never got confirmation. I can't log in to the account as I can't remember the username & don't know the number. I do know the password though!

@giffgaff my sim has been unavailable for almost 24h. I can’t make or receive calls or texts. No data usage too. It’s not a coverage issue as well as I’m all over London since yesterday

@giffgaff Update, the agent "as a gesture of goodwill" refunded the sms charges, as if that was the point. Either my sim has been cloned or giffgaff has a billing issue. Given no one has had access to the sim its been cloned without access or before giffgaff sent it me. Both major issues
