@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

  • SimonScottuk Simon Scott (@SimonScottuk) reported from Penwortham, England

@Alichat66 a good service provider firm is GiffGaff a good reasonably priced phone, but capable is WileyFox

  • OvC_Mikey [OvC] Magic Mikey 🤭😜 (@OvC_Mikey) reported from Bolton, England

@AurieleFayme @giffgaff I cant explain how much I love my phone network 😂

@K_33BRO @SMARTYMobileUK Wait until you need their customer sevice. Should have chosen Voxi instead or GiffGaff if you care about roaming more than WiFi calling.

  • sputniksteve stephen (@sputniksteve) reported

So, phone says it has full 4G but when I make a call it drops to 3G. Aside from the generally poor signal, this is irritating. @giffgaff @O2

  • Mrs_Thompson_S Mrs Thompson 🦋 (@Mrs_Thompson_S) reported

@giffgaff why is my internet SO bad? It’s frustratingly slow and has been for months now!

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@AnnaTulchi @giffgaff @O2 Hello Anna very sorry to hear that have you tried powering the mobile phone off and back on to see if your signal comes back ??

  • davidrossiter David Rossiter (@davidrossiter) reported

@kestermann Also, why would VM02 not prefer to create a sub-brand and use its own network to deliver the service? Isn't that what it did with giffgaff in mobile? Does VMO2 need TalkTalk's network or is this really about buying four million new customers? Love to hear your thoughts Kester.

  • sofiadiadamo Sofia (@sofiadiadamo) reported

@O2 @jermanicus It’s not working. The page loads fine but once you enter your details you get hit with ‘oops something went wrong’ happens also via customer services. Please can you look into this? I’m trying to move my number from giffgaff!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@woldsweather (Part 1) We completely understand how frustrating this must be for you both, however, the issue, as explained previously is most likely due to the location and masts in the area. - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • charlotteisob Charlotte Isobelle (@charlotteisob) reported

@giffgaff Oh I’ve already spoke to you over the past few months. The mast near my house just keeps going down all the time. I keep getting a refund because of it being down but I’ll message you to see if there’s any change.

  • boiry62128 Jim Smithson (@boiry62128) reported

@TommiesGuides @Andy2Gd @giffgaff Away in the motorhome for a few weeks around Yorkshire, Northumberland and the Lakes. Rarely got any better than a mediocre 3G and often nothing at all. best signal often up on the hills! It's a pathetic service. All about major cities.
