@giffgaff been having connectivity problems for weeks. It shows I have full 4G but it’s as if I have data turned off. Restarting my phone or putting it in airplane mode and then taking it off again fixes it in that moment, but it keeps happening. Any suggestions?

@giffgaff Very soon quite frankly isn’t good enough when I’m left without a phone it’s creeping up to 2hours since I started the agent chat. Disappointed considering I’ve never had an issue for the 6 years I’ve bought phones from yourself

@giffgaff If they could do that sooner rather than later considering if I hadn’t of smelt it I could of been looking at more fire damage than my phone would be great 🙃🙃
