@J_H9191 O2 doesn't work because so many in the stadium are on o2, sky and giffgaff. If you want to check your bets or scores you change your signal to 3G and it will work. So many people trying to connect to 4G in one spot and that's why you struggle.

  • dounowhoiam Dan Simpson (@dounowhoiam) reported

@tescomobile @giffgaff Must of been reintroduced after I had left @Adywebb - as at the time the customer services team did not allow me to set a zero cap despite Tesco doing big marketing for controlling limits to spending in adverts.

@SOLIDLIQUID5 Due to GDPR we are unable to discuss an account via our social media channels. If the agents have asked for account information to verify security you will need to supply this on your case in order for them to help you - giffgaff Hannah

@gemma20101 @giffgaff I'd log into your Paypal account again and cancel the approved payment to giffgaff plus change your account password because it looks like someone else has access to it if they can restart things you've cancelled.

  • Queenjunkfood crisp connoisseur (@Queenjunkfood) reported

@SOLIDLIQUID5 @giffgaff At a certain point they can just block you because you're technically being abusive to their staff. They'll take your dozens of hostile messages and use it as an excuse to ignore you. You're not helping whatever issue you have by hounding them like this I promise.

  • avraam2000 Maria (@avraam2000) reported

@giffgaff can you help please. I've purchased a £35 goody bag. I cannot connect hot-spot to my laptop. There's no signal!

  • JackpWild JackPWild (@JackpWild) reported

@giffgaff Giffguff don’t quality check refurbished phones then refuse to do anything about it. DONT pay £500 plus for a broken phone!

  • steven_ncl Steven NCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile Tesco coverage is exactly the same as 02 If you'd prefer to pay more for customer services you never use then that's great but EE wanted £55/month off me for an iPhone13 including 3 GB data. Bought phone direct from Apple for £32/month plus £8 Giffgaff Sim Saving £360 over 2yrs

  • maxine_deuchar Maxine (@maxine_deuchar) reported

@giffgaff No I cannot even log onto my account because my security verification won’t work as it repeatedly tells me there is a problem and to try again later. This has been happening for about 5 days

  • HaroldBishopsLC Dean Pascoe 〓〓 (@HaroldBishopsLC) reported

@giffgaff As if my giffgaff 4g signal is strong enough for that.
