    @giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

    @giffgaff_UK02 I've tried all ways to ask Giffgaff Why! When my husband only has a small classic payg Nokia 301 ,is the balance going down when it hasn't been used! He doesn't use the Internet, he wouldn't know how to! The classic payg sim was activated with 10.00, now £7.98

    @bazzacollins I had reliability problems with GiffGaff/O2 with my alarm system so I bought a SIM from Libara/Vodafone which has given me a consistent reliable signal. I bought it through U-Switch and got a discount - I pay £3.50 a month but I do only send text messages.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello! my internet is too slow right now, and three application is also down I just switched from giffgaff to three because of internet connection but it seems I took the worst decision of my life. the 4g internet connection is too slow atthismoment since 6o clock

    @barnstormed The issue could be with the phone or with the SIM, which is why we advise in SIM swapping and testing other SIM's. Should the issue persist then please get in touch with the manufacturer. - giffgaff Tasbiya
