@giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

@giffgaff I’m trying to leave your network. I need to get a NUC form filled out. So I can get my new sim to work on the phone. Apparently it’s locked to gift gaff. I just need help. Your website is so unhelpful there’s l it really nothing online to do with this.

@giffgaff Hi, I now have a new phone and a new sim. I did manage to get this one on the tube wifi but last night it stoped working again and I’m getting the same problem as before. Which categories should I choose in the help? I see nothing remotely applicable

@Peter_Gustafson Don't bother. Get refurbished phone from giffgaff and sim only deal from Smarty. Cheaper, easier and all done online. Never need a contract again

@giffgaff An O2 mast is having issues near me and i've got no mobile data or signal even with a full goodybag that worked the other day, should I be worried? My house wifi is awful. 😭

@giffgaff 4g data is not working and even 3g is very slow indoors at KT2, where I just moved in. Is there any network problems here or is it always like this in this area?
