What's going on with #Giffgaff? Presumably it's something to do with #o2 - sometimes it works ok for an hour or so, but recently it's been going down maybe hundreds of times in a day

@giffgaff my friend has just swapped to giffgaff and is having awful problems, such as no-one can call her. Is there a phone number as she keeps getting fobbed off on the online system. Thanks.

Hi @giffgaff why have I got no signal in preston for the last 3weeks? I can bearly get a 3g signal and making a phone call is near impossible at the moment we have 3 different phones so it's not our phones?

  • SophieLB1 Sophie Bichener (@SophieLB1) reported

@RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK Get yourself over to @giffgaff - no hassle and great customer service. I was O2 & Vodafone before and had to leave for similar reasons!

@jonesycartoons Throw out your TV and cut out your landline. Keep your broadband. Set up a Giffgaff sim account for each in household and get rid of all streaming services. Can't say explicitly but there are other ways to get TV shows and movies. No TV = no BS. Turn off data roaming when home.

  • markdsnell Mark (@markdsnell) reported

@giffgaff Not a great start for a new customer. Transferring number from Tesco today, and still no service on my phone. Thought this would have been easy as you both use the O2 network.
