Hello @giffgaff - is there anywhere I can leave a compliment about one of your agents? During a rather fraught repair (the repairers were the problem), your agent was always polite and helpful and I thought that should be acknowledged. Can't find a way of doing it, though.

@giffgaff do you support E sim?

  • mcgill88_sean McGill (@mcgill88_sean) reported

@giffgaff absolute joke, acknowledging that I have reported an issue with an auto response or clearly disregarding what my actual issue is, shouldn't be a mobile network

  • Little_Sundae Jess (@Little_Sundae) reported

@giffgaff can you help? Transferring number between sim cards but it's been over 24 hours and still nothing :(

  • sudamericanas simo (@sudamericanas) reported

@giffgaff I already tried with Chrome, Safari, and Android and does not work. Please I need to solve this. I am abroad and tomorrow I will be in London. I had never problems before with this.

@chireg69 @EE My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up

@sudamericanas That's odd. Try logging in with your mobile number instead. If the issue persists, try a different browser and device to get logged in. - giffgaff Jeanette

Absolutely never going with three again as soon as this god awful contract is over. I’m sorry giffgaff, I’ve learnt my lesson.
