@BennyHall17 That's not good and we appreciate this must be frustrating Benny. There may be more complex work needing to be carried out, or access issues, if this has been ongoing for so long. Please be assured that the engineers will resolve this as soon as possible. - giffgaff Jeanette

@Laica23 We will pass this feedback on Laica. If you do face any further issues, we would recommend trying a different browser/device normally, to ensure it isn't the browser that is causing issues. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I had this issue setting up the previous account as well, the site takes too long and times out, can I set up the SIM on a laptop? After getting through to my bank that is?

@giffgaff lost child's phone, easy to deactivate. Sent new SIM, activated it and the now found phone doesn't work. What is wrong??

  • giffgaff
giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@FullerHistory We can appreciate that this must have been very concerning when this occurred Anthony. Is the SIM not working at all? We have a policy whereby if a SIM is not used for outgoing calls, texts or data, nor topped up in a 6-month period, it is deactivated. (1/2) - giffgaff Jeanette
