    @giffgaff I got an expiry warning. I turned on phone, used data and sent a text. This morning I get the same warning with 4 days grace. Wtf

    @giffgaff Lol yeah well done, once my goody bag runs out I’ll be going to EE permanently. Not that much more expensive for what i need and coverage looks better for the most part. Shame because I’ve used Giffgaff on and off for years and never had a problem until not. C’est la vie.

    Been with @giffgaff for over 5 years now and it seems like every year goes by the internet and signal service is just getting worse and worse. Living in a 5G area and yet struggle to provide me with good internet. New provider it is.

    @giffgaff Used to be so good, full of praises for this company,it really has gone down the pan 🙄 currently looking elsewhere now,would avoid these,now about to process complaint to ofcom

    @z52782 @giffgaff @MartinSLewis Why, when they use the O2 network and O2 offer 25GB? They also don’t tell you when they start charging per GB. We got a nasty shock.

    @giffgaff Not surprised your prices are not rising. You offer some of the worst plans available. Your rivals generally provide more than twice the data for the same money. #rapacious

    @giffgaff My wife's phone has never had a signal when away from home for 2 years GG said change sim have done no change. I have to phone here to get it working. How to I switch provider ?
