  @giffgaff I have just ordered a new SIM for my son (1st phone). The activation code nor the serial number is working. States both are invalid. Tried using the chatbot but no luck resolving the issue

  @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

  @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

  @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

  @7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.
