    @giffgaff I got an expiry warning. I turned on phone, used data and sent a text. This morning I get the same warning with 4 days grace. Wtf

    I'm so disappointed about giffgaff suspended my SIM card. As a Chinese, I consistently feel discriminated by the rest of the world. I'm trying to exodus to a normal country to be treated like an ordinary earth human being. I just need some basic AI service natively as they are.

    @ljupc0 @giffgaff Been central London and countryside, 5g in both cases, can't stream a reel without buffering constantly, websites take forever to load. Swear it wasn't this bad last time I was in the UK

    Because Giffgaff have way lower outgoings. No high street stores Smaller customer service/payroll Way smaller marketing budget too That is what makes up the bulk of the cost is made up of

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isn’t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Don’t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isn’t really an excuse
