Giffgaff Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • smileyjam James Bailey (@smileyjam) reported

@giffgaff why do you let a scam premium tweet service empty my account every time I put money in it? Then refuse to help or take accountability for it. Despite @ofcom saying it is your responsibility.

  • Drallasta Ellie Jane🌱🏳️‍🌈 (@Drallasta) reported

@LordNotix giffgaff, I buy my phone and I'll never go back

  • creventa Creventa (@creventa) reported

@loupepper But EE cannot be cancelled as easily as GiffGaff (which runs on the O2 network)

@JedrzejMalinow1 @giffgaff Need help?, why not send a direct message to CLIP4OX on instagram he got my account fixed immediately I contacted him…

  • cryptomeddler Cryptomeddler (@cryptomeddler) reported

@CryptoTweetie I'll admit, it never occurred to me people didn't change their default SIM codes. I always assumed SIM swapping was done with social engineering. That's why I choose networks with no humans to game, like Giffgaff. You'll tell me next people don't change their router passwords :)

  • FannibalisticR Bløødy 𖤐 Ghøulish (@FannibalisticR) reported

@thebandGHOST You will need to put credit on your phone network account, I have GiffGaff so it didn’t work even if I have a good bag already.

  • isaacsimon7 Isaac Simon (@isaacsimon7) reported

@giffgaff have had no signal since Friday afternoon - help! I use for business - it’s critical. I am speaking with someone via email but it’s slow and need resolved asap #giffgaff #customerservice

  • My6Percent My6percent (@My6Percent) reported

@giffgaff Hi there, am a v happy customer. Currently trying to work out why I can't see to top up my goodybag. Keeps asking if I want to recur, I click no, but then can't seem to buy a goodybag. Has something changed?

  • smileyjam James Bailey (@smileyjam) reported

@giffgaff I would rather continue this discussion here. Your support team seem to have stopped responding after 2 messages. I feel like the effort you have put in responding here is more than it would have taken to update my account to stop the scammers sending me these texts.

  • DazFurey Daz Furey (@DazFurey) reported

@jaggytooth If you can afford it, buy a refurbished phone on eBay. Get a sim with with giffgaff. You’ll spend less over all that way. Obviously depends on reception too but. Giffgaff use O2 network’s. I bought a phone for about £600 and pay a tenner a month for line/4g
