@Hampo I'm on Giffgaff, it runs in O2's network. I've never had a problem except for one day (or less) when that network went down. That's one day out of 5+ years. No catch that I've spotted.

Gotta love @giffgaff ‘s help page - our data coverage sucks in your area, so, yeah… use someone’s wifi. So why am I paying you for data??? Got this sim as a trial to see how it went but after the problems on holiday and now no data in the largest city in Scotland… not good.

It’s on the BT page.O2, giffgaff etc have it on their service status, yet Sky insist they know nothing.I don’t want to play the ‘I’m a clinically extremely vulnerable keyworker’ card but..! @alecia2020B If you have an O2 contract, as long as you have the PAC code from giffgaff we can move that number onto your O2 number, meaning the O2 number you have currently would be taken over with the giffgaff number.Does this help?
