@Hampo I'm on Giffgaff, it runs in O2's network. I've never had a problem except for one day (or less) when that network went down. That's one day out of 5+ years. No catch that I've spotted.

  • 29antonioac Antonio Álvarez (@29antonioac) reported

@saramttnez @giffgaff Plusnet still has EU roaming included in the allowance. It uses EE network so it's a game changer for me (it doest have 5G though), and is pretty cheap too!

  • OmarKAwad FDH Ω (@OmarKAwad) reported

@giffgaff I've had zero signal at home for over 24 hours now, unable to make or receive texts or calls in the surrounding area

  • bob_love Bob Love (@bob_love) reported

@EE @StourbridgeMot1 "some"?? All my devices are on EE, I've had no Internet since around lunchtime (St Andrews, Scotland). Now back at home in Dundee, still same issue (using now via home broadband, but need to go out again). Not good enough. Had to buy a giffgaff sim for my car's wifi router.

  • denisdevlin1 Denis Devlin (@denisdevlin1) reported

I tell you what it is @giffgaff sort yourself out your service is absolutely rank rotten I've been with you a couple of years and tbh it's Al gradual decline absolutely piss poor service

  • cra1gbluenose Craig (@cra1gbluenose) reported

@giffgaff I really have and yet still nothing I’m pretty stuck without data here tbh really unimpressed with how the service is

  • GuyEmerson Guy Emerson (@GuyEmerson) reported

@giffgaff Having zero exceptions for study abroad students is a really bad business model and very short sighted.

  • HelderFLG7 Hélder Gonçalves (@HelderFLG7) reported

@giffgaff 15GB downgrade on EU roaming?? By giffgaff, thanks for everything, but I'm not going down with you.

  • LSvolopoulos Since .... 🇬🇷 🇬🇧 (@LSvolopoulos) reported

@robertjoseph Some companies still have 2022 free roaming. Like O2 for example, weird cause giffgaff is using there network. There not very competitive and IMO they will lose clients

  • PaulKeeganGino Paul Keegan (@PaulKeeganGino) reported

@GrumpyGertrude @katie_jr @EE Giffgaff are great , they use O2 network and been using them for 11 yrs no problem

  • M0KPH Phil - M0KPH (@M0KPH) reported

@MX5AKA Good point. Whenever I searched GiffGaff 5G it presented a map showing good coverage without any mention that this was general coverage. Entering locations does allow you select, which wasn’t initially obvious. Better labelling would help, especially when accessed from tablets.
