    Curiously being threatened with non-payment fees by @Plusnet for a sim card which was replaced by a @giffgaff sim before Christmas. Difficult to understand how a sim which is not in a phone can be making calls. Especially after email 29/12/21 telling me the service is suspended.

    @giffgaff ordered a phone for my dad. DPD have delivered to a completely incorrect address, although the address on the front of the package is correct. Can someone fix this please? DPD telling us to call you, although no option to call.

    Does anyone have experience on going: Absolutely Ham with a mobile service provider? @giffgaff literally sent me instructions to brick my new phone and now they're refusing to help fix the problem they created. So need some advice for how to get the ball rolling on that!

    @IMcMillan Do you read the voicemail announcement on GiffGaff or Tesco Mobile network? Every time I ring @joomkit and he “can’t take my call” I swear it’s your voice telling me…?!
