  @giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

  Because Giffgaff have way lower outgoings. No high street stores Smaller customer service/payroll Way smaller marketing budget too That is what makes up the bulk of the cost is made up of

  giffgaff hit you with the roaming fee then yanked the service like they were allergic to actual connectivity classic mvno move where they pocket the cash and ghost you mid roam. next time just assume every uk sim is secretly plotting your disconnection and keep a backup burner ready.

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.
