@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

@giffgaff hey Giffgaff, I noticed my phone switches from 4g to 3g when making voice calls and the signal gets weaker. Is this a limitation of the network?

@giffgaff worst network ever, no trained agents, no help what so ever, unable to deal with complaints, my phone number what cancelled all effort to get the number working proved abortive and plan wasn't refunded, please stay clear

@ChopsyBristol They are so rubbish in Bristol. I'm on giffgaff, which uses O2, and as soon as I leave my house it all falls apart. I had 3G outside City Hall the other day. I could never play that Pokemon game around the city because the internet was so bad. #FirstWorldProblems

@granth1974 @giffgaff Yes it is,giffgaff don't support VoLTE (HD voice calls via 4G) so your phone has to drop to 2G or 3G in order for you to make or receive calls.

@giffgaff in Poland and my credit runs out. Add £10 and that's gone within 24hrs. All apps shut. Now I'm in the airport relying on crap WiFi and can't make any calls. Thanks.

@giffgaff Hi we know it’s not an issue with our location because I’m on o2 and it works fine. Also we travelled to somewhere else yesterday and had the same issue.
