    @giffgaff Hi, are you currently having any issues? My dad’s recurring goodybag has errored for no reason and he is left with no data, minutes or texts while on site at work. He needs his phone to do his job.

    i wonder if there's a market here for a 4th, completely online-only ISP/mobile service provider (no physical stores or call centers) with even cheaper data targeted at younger more tech-savvy audiences similar to giffgaff and voxi

    Is frustrating when are 2 bars of 4G signal on a 5 G phone, and the internet is not working. @VodafoneUK and in the same location is 1 bar signal from 4G phone and the internet at least is moving. @giffgaff

    @Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks, I've tried to switch that off and it says failed. I think I've tried 1919 but will try again just incase. Literally spent the whole of my evening trying to figure it out (and yup I got a samsung) when I've googled everywhere says its a network issue.
