@giffgaff why is the HMRC text scam reporting number blocked from phones on your network? Why won't you allow reporting/complaints without iemi numbers.

When did @giffgaff change their voicemail message? When I was a customer they had a nice soothing Geordie accent. I'm calling a lot of giffgaff users as part of a project I'm doing atm...

@Walkabout24 Yes it is a problem. I only have a Giffgaff phone. No computer, no TV, no internet. My phone is ok, but cuts out mid call. Try telling that to consultants who think everyone has good internet etc. I told the last one see me face to face or not at all.

After 2 years of pain with EE and terrible reception at home (calls always dropping) my contract is up and am of to Giffgaff where I know my signal is awesome as that's what my kids have. £15 for 15GB should do the trick and if not, it's monthly so can get 80GB for £20 👍

@giffgaff Thanks Ann, it's already on it's way back cheers. The fault with this one is that the microphone doesn't work. So you can't make calls/facetime anything really. You would think that would be part of the full testing procedure to be honest.

@EE Anyone joining EE needs their head checking. Crap customer service. Poor loyalty scheme (with them for 5 years and still wanted money for upgrade) non competitive deals. Do what I did and join @giffgaff

When I left o2 for giffgaff they were like "You do realise it's on o2's network but you won't get phone customer service?" As though that was a selling point and not the bane of my existence.

Bitten the bullet and preserved a new phone direct from apple, iPhone 12 mini, going for closing o2 account and paying it off asp their customer service are crap and I’ve had nothing but issues with them. I’m off with a giffgaff sim only deal so I’m not as tied in.
