Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

svengali (@_imey) reported@DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid £10 for it. My £10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.

Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.
