    @giffgaff I tried a different debit card and it's gone through now, not sure what the issue is with the original card, but thanks for your prompt replies.

    @giffgaff you really need to sort this crap with the network reporting 5G to the phone handset but no 5G actually being available so anything using data just hangs. As soon as force phone to 4G only it works instantly.
