@bennys1 @ThreeUKSupport If they cancel my contract I’ll just move on to giffgaff and then get sim cards of the country I’m in when I go abroad. Three clearly doesn’t care about its loyalist customer base. They will also loose a mobile broadband contract I have for my grandparents too.

@2022Futurist @giffgaff Hi Shivvy, no need to panic in such instance. This sounds like a device issue and u’ve rightly done one troubleshooting. Now test the gg sim in an unlocked or locked to o2 phone as well. If it works, issue is ur phone which I believe it is. No one can deactivate ur sim that way

@virginmedia No. I gave up after waiting for 58 mins. I have to now order a PAYG sim from @giffgaff just so I can use the STAC code from you to cancel this account. If you make it this hard to cancel then it only serves to prove that you know how bad you are. Please go eat your own 💩

@O2 you are not available 24/7 on the app, it's hasn't worked for months. No queuing, apparently all your agents are always busy. Also since when did next day delivery from Friday become deliver on a Monday? Have to miss work now. Your service has fallen behind GiffGaff. POOR!

@CJ_250marketing Will Giffgaff is a mobile brand whose customer service basically run by a community, which is incentivised to do so. But in web 3.0 there would be no central brand, and the community would get greater equity/share of profits to run it etc Sorry had to explain in 1 tweet

@matthewkilford I am with Tesco / o2 and have issues with speeds at the CG, my dad is with EE and has no problems so switching to them. Any mvno (voxi, giffgaff etc) will have slower network speeds compared to the main company (vodafone, o2)
