@_Ninji Okay yeah tbf you managed to get the worse company first click. EE have always been horrid. Giffgaff are good for phones on contract and their network is O2 so pretty reliable.

@ctimmermann @asda_mobile @giffgaff Giffgaff been totally fine for me. £10/mo sim only and I barely notice it—which is, I think, the kind of relationship one wants with a network provider.

@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.
