@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@giffgaff You have replied on messenger but we are getting nowhere we have been told this could take another 5 days I do not want to open up another SIM card with you I just want the SIM stopped it is in the wrong hands. Your customer service is terrible 😡

@Ne3Steve Yes, the most I've used is 5gig when we had a break down your way but everyone was tethered onto my phone as they couldn't get data. Giffgaff don't give as much data but you can buy new phones from them that are cheaper than airtime providers.
