@Kearney96 it's weird how plusnet and giffgaff tried that route to be more relatable using the north instead of using southern english voices and instead what happened was i came to resent the north as a whole new customer service enemy

@giffgaff Your customer support is appalling, I urgently need to top up my son’s phone and cannot speak to anyone. No one returns messages, 24 hour sla is very poor. If this doesn’t get resolved quickly, I will take our phone numbers to another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport 3/3 @giffgaff gains a very relieved & overdue expectant mother as a customer & staff @Argos_Online were more than helpful sorting new handset. I generally find when I make a mistake dialling down doesnt work. An apology & taking some responsibility to fix is the best approach 👍🏻

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Not a good look to cover up mistakes by reinventing facts. Took over 30 minutes as well for this message to be communicated to me. Phone returned @giffgaff welcomes a new customer. I usually find an apology & taking responsibility for my mistakes to be the best approach 👍🏻

@Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks. Yep thought about that. But at the moment stuck on a goodybag with 10gb left on it so it will never run out before the expiry date. Credit is the only option for the rest of the holiday.

.@giffgaff I'm very annoyed by this, you added insignificant information in the body of the email but you expect people to follow a link for the more important information. You've lost a loyal customer.
