@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

@giffgaff Hey, I lost my sim for a while and now I've found it and I've found you guys removed my phone number. Can I still check my voicemail because I have a saved member from a deceased family member that I would like to recover and I never get a warning of losing my number 😔

@giffgaff Do you have a special deal for scammers? Every single time I've received a scam text message and I attempt to phone them and give warning, I get directed to their GiffGaff voicemail. Please can you try making it a bit harder for scammers to misuse your phone service?

@giffgaff FYI, a 'busy' network should not be causing "error - name cannot be resolved" constantly for 15+ minutes. This been happening sporadically for the last few days.
