  @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

  @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

  @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

  @thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

  @madcow42 @dbcxptures I’ve seen a few say about price, idk about that I just do like £15 a month payg and it does me. But yea I think giffgaff runs on o2, that’s who I was with and yea same absolute ziggy ****.

  @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

  @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

  @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?
