No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! 😔 U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE
