    @giffgaff hey, can't seem to add a goodybag. It has to be on your end. Tried 3 separate cards and PayPal. All 4 shouldnt have a problem with all of them

    @giffgaff It's not one particular place in London, it's a good few areas. But I will tell you that Peckham (SE15) is definitely one of the worst for data. Even on full signal can't open a Web page.

    @giffgaff That's how I believe my Sim was locked, my phone is asking for me to enter my network sim unlocked code

    @giffgaff Hi Team , this still has not been resolved. Please can someone look into this as matter of priority , this is just appalling customer service.

    @giffgaff Hi Team, It has been more than two weeks , but your team has not been able to reactivate my number after we blocked it , as the phone was lost.They keep giving standard replies like change sim and restart phone which never works. Complaint ID - 210808 000517
