Brian Douglas (@bndouglas) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

Char 💜 (@char86) reported@giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

heilier (@HHeilier) reportedAfter reviewing my complaint, giffgaff has officially refused to reinstate my number and has also refused to refund my remaining balance, including the £10 I topped up shortly before my account was disconnected. I understand that operators have roaming policies, but I believe customers should receive a clear warning before being allowed to top up if their account is already at risk of disconnection. Losing both the service and the newly added credit feels unfair. They also advised me to request a PAC within 30 days if I want to keep my number. Has anyone else had the same experience with giffgaff? I'd be interested to hear how your case was handled. #giffgaff #Roaming #ConsumerRights

billy horan (@billyhoranuk) reported@AskKlarna @giffgaff Klarna approved, then an issue with giffgaff checks. Via the website chat with a klarna person the suggested option was to build up credit to solve this situation. Seems like a strange strategy…
-
kelly (@purple_dragon25) reported@giffgaff Thing is it's not sorted, the app doesn't work.
-
Steve (@alpherah) reported@giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle
-
Garfield StJohnSmyth (@MittArmstrong) reported@giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful
-
Richa Malhotra (@RichaMa42314735) reported@xunfenghellolo Sorry! Contact giffgaff support about refunds. Good luck!
-
𝙰𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚎𝚜𝚘𝚗 (@AustenMathieson) reported@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

Snake Konginchrist (@SnakeKongin) reportedgiffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.
