@giffgaff failed to respond to an order query. Left out of pocket without a response from your customer service despite best efforts to contact you and fix the issue. Thanks for the additional stress and financial difficulty during a difficult time.

@giffgaff Yes I have tried that and they stopped responding. Bought dad a larger phone so he can see screen better while organising mums funeral. Attempted to cancel the order immediately when address was wrong. No response when I asked for this and was given the option by your agent?

@giffgaff I messaged at 7.30am, but it took 3.5 hours before it was fixed ;-/ It's rather difficult getting to that page - you keep getting the top up page because you're out of data. (I know the fluctuating signal probs are down to @O2 ;( )

@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.

@BryanFerriman Is your number with giffgaff or another network Bryan? We don't force members to bring a number to us, as we understand some members are joining as new, or don't want to keep their original number. We do allow numbers to be transferred at any stage. - giffgaff Jeanette
