@giffgaff why is it so difficult to transfer my old number to a new SIM? I'm trying to solve the matter since 4 January, and my old number will be closed in two days.. Your customer service via email leaves a lot to be desired, I am afraid. #giffgaff

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff @O2 Hi Mike, it’s been flagged as “intermittent” on O2’s website all week. The problem is affecting both GG and O2 subscribers, so it’s a network/physical layer problem.

@monty_warbler @BootstrapCook Have a look at GiffGaff, they have some decent prices. Only issue is they're sim only so you need to buy a handset.

@ProMistressesUK Same network plus O2. So can have a 3 month break inbwteen buying packages if wanted & be surprised how many people now use giffgaff cos of this. I also buy my phones from GiffGaff when I want a new one their refurbished phones are like buying New anyway & are protected for 1yr x
