@giffgaff The signal in my area was restored, but it goes down maybe once every month or so - and it is down again now. I've checked the network coverage. I'm not sure an interrupted and unreliable signal is value for money. It's a long term issue which needs long term FIX.

@giffgaff using your service including the app in the USA is awful ! Second time I’ve been lately and even if you have £50 credit nothing seems to work anywhere, the app won’t even ope on wifi. I was left stranded with no phone in unsafe surroundings! Rubbish

Hi @giffgaff - I never got a message to say I was being charged for EU roaming but you’ve taken the money from my credit regardless. Don’t think I even went over the limit so how is this possible? Pretty disappointing…
