@Koefnielsen I'm hearing this kind of story about @HSBC_UK from other sources, although I myself have had no problems with the personal account. There is certainly stupidity in play. The business credit card is still working (as it should), so they are blocking payments to ... @HSBC !

@applebamos It’s insane. I’m now waiting for a letter as @HSBC_UK’s phone service can’t log me in, as I couldn’t answer one of my security Qs. There’s no “let’s try another security Q” like with other banks, just NOPE BYE. Closing the account as soon as I can get in, I can’t manage this 😖

@HSBC_UK please use a reputable surveyor not SDL! SEL have said my house is in a non residential area, they are 100% wrong but your refusal to challenge has cost me my sale and therefore the chain has collapsed. Help!?
