@HSBC_UK I’ve tried to call the fraud team, then put through to the dispute team, then back to the business banking, then cut off, then start again. Awful set up. Just want to report fraud. Impossible!

@HSBC_UK my vulnerable nephew was given a specific number rather than the standard customer services number. We are so disappointed he didn't get the service and support he desperately needed when he rang them.

Just applying for a @Barclaycard CC and @StarlingBank Account as @HSBC_UK can't be bothered to even answer (20 years of banking and paying their fees without support).

@HSBC_UK No problem with regular updates, but this one is not compatible with a version of Android that was compatible with the previous version so we can’t update from Play Store. Either the regression testing or change management was poorly executed and needs rolling back

@HSBC_UK 18 minutes on call with your money management team. At least 12 on hold while he ‘finds my income & expend’ form. The first 5 minutes were a ‘slow system’. I’m losing the will here with you guys. Your complaints team are just as unhelpful.
