    @Vicx_100 @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

    @HSBC_UK Hi, was advised by you yesterday to contact the other bank re a problem with a balance transfer (transfer from them to you). The other bank say it’s not their responsibility to resolve. Who can help me here?

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK all sorted now, had the same issue before if there are long queues it would be helpful to be able to leave a number and somebody calls back.

    @chris44408651 @HSBC_UK @HSBC Experiencing same problem since last Friday. I've been transferred into all units in HSBC as if am a tourist. Worst of all, the last person to attend to me after collecting all my details got annoyed and push me back to switchboard where I had spent over an hour on queue. Poor CS

    Despite making both branches “staffless” @HSBC_UK manage to close both the Maidenhead and Windsor branches due to “temporary staff shortages”. Expected nothing less from them. Absolutely shocking service as per usual.

    @HSBC_UK my daughters trying to sort out her trust fund. You guys are making it almost impossible! Call centre say any branch can do it, Ross on wye say no. Just turned away for 3rd or 4th time as the branch shuts in 15 minutes. @MartinSLewis any suggestions?

    @HSBC_UK shocking service. Over 30 days we’ve been locked out our swim club bank account. No code sent for new secure key, wait another 10 days. Code arrives - won’t work as old secure key not been disconnected. Now got to wait another 10 days for welcome pack.15 hrs + on phone!
