@HSBC_UK Given you are one of the largest financial organisations in the world, waiting 25 mins on your “customer care” line is atrocious. No wonder people are flocking to Monzo or Revolut.

@HSBC_UK is your app chat support designed to be this unhelpful? How hard is "my card hasn't turned up please reissue it" 😵💫 and perhaps a reminder that telling me my card is at "branch 402715" doesn't mean anything to me...and even better that's not my local branch!

@HSBC_UK shame on you a victim of domestic abuse and the complaint team won’t help me and closed down my case. Haven’t I been through enough without my bank turning on me too

@HSBC_UK is there a problem overnight with online payments? No notifications coming through but even worse is the 3d secure failed

@HSBC_UK @SimonAusterfie1 Did you get a resolution to this? I’m having the same issue. Joint account and neither of us can access our accounts!

@HSBC_UK hi, debit card has a split in it that won't let contactless work and affects normal chin and pin transactions, if I order a replacement will my current stop working completely? Or will it remain useable until I receive and activate a new one? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK Thanks for your responses but lodging a complaint won’t change my branch back. I was never aware of any consultation and where as I understand the business decisions behind it, it no longer suits MY needs as a customer.

@HSBC_UK please can you help, I’m trying to get in touch via live chat but it won’t put me through to a human. How do I speak to a real person? Card keeps getting declined online but I can’t see any reason for it

@HSBC_UK That’s exactly the problem, customer services only being available until 8pm. In a 24/7 world, HSBC have gone backwards. It’s too late to resolve my problem, after waiting too long on your so-called live chat, I had to use a different credit card

Loyal @HSBC_UK customer since 2005…but when you really need the help to make a simple sameday payment at the branch, it’s an 1.5hr wait to see a human being with no option to book an appointment, so here I am away from my work and no idea when I’ll get back.

@HSBC_UK So I can sit on hold for 2 hours? Do you have any functioning customer support? This whole process has been absolutely farcical
