    @HSBC_UK The app has not been working on my iPhone 6s for ages now. I can’t do anything without it as I was never given the secure key device. It is becoming extremely inconvenient and I might have to change banks. I have updated my phone to iOS15 only for it to still not work.

    @HSBC_UK You may appreciate the inconvenience but your bosses don't. Could you please explain what logging the issue would actually achieve please? I mean for the customers like me. Will it reopen my branches previous facilities & services? Or does it just make your KPI etc look good?

    Hey @HSBC_UK my app has been crashing at login for weeks now. It worked once or twice but doesn’t seem to work at all now. My secure key runs from this device (iOS 14) so I can’t use it anywhere. I need it. I’ve seen it’s happening a lot. Can you pull your finger out!
