    @HSBC_UK That was one of the best things. Also the colour contrast is awful. Is this the final version or are you still testing? I have a number of suggestions.

    @HSBC_UK So why not fix them in advance. Given they are issues you are likely to have to fix at one point anyway. To be clear have a few banking apps on my phone and yours is only one which does not work.

    @HSBC_UK I want to be able to make a transfer! This is a transfer to a solicitor company, not just a random person. Can your customer care team help with it? If not I don't want to waste any more of my time

    As a bank, @HSBC_UK claimed to help their customers during the last 18 months but personally, I have not seen one little glimpse of this! Just sick and tired of them making absolutely everything far more difficult than it ever should be! Grrrr!
