Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

I've just been told that there is a call waiting time of 0 minutes on the large payment team yet I've been unable to get through for nearly 2 days now. HSBC are broken

Lost credit card May 2022. Reportd it, requested new one. I re-requested in July + Aug. Still no credit card&no explanation as to why my credit card re-issue blocked. I'll wait 2 more wks frm today & if no credit card receivd, I'll close my account- move to another bank @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK need a link emailed to sign a credit card agreement. Online agent can’t help and no one is answering the phone. Can someone on ur side please send the link to my registered email address? Finding contacting HSBC too difficult to maintain since joining only 4 months ago!

@HSBC_UK I have to say your telerphone banking service is absolutely disgusting ... I've wasted over an hour trying to reset a Sec number and just repeatedly get passed from pillar to post and then passed back to the beguinning !! USELESS !!

@HSBC_UK I’ve been with HSBC nearly 20 years. Never has customer service been this bad - nor so complicated to do international payments. You really need to sort it out or #revolut will continue to take your accounts

I’m quick to complain about poor customer service, but sometimes they’re great. Just had a really good call with @HSBC_UK customer services sorting out my mortgage document through their online portal. The rep was really helpful and got it sorted for me hassle free. Thank you!
