@HSBC_UK hi, debit card has a split in it that won't let contactless work and affects normal chin and pin transactions, if I order a replacement will my current stop working completely? Or will it remain useable until I receive and activate a new one? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK I’ve received a letter addressed to my home, full correct address but not my name. It’s appears someone may be using my address to successfully obtain a credit card. I called your customer services to be told to disregard it as it’s probably just an error!?
