    @HSBC_UK Yet again, I’ve not received a security code to access my new security device, which has arrived. I have to ring you to sort this, but I have to sit on hold to wait at least 20 minutes to correct this. I now have overdue invoices to pay. Shocking levels of service yet again

    @HSBC_UK Just got a message to recycle my secure key & create a password to access my online banking today, but the key works fine. Where do I recycle it, & will I get another? Clicked past the message & couldn't get back to use the link.

    @HSBC_UK Once again let down by HSBC UK causing great mental anguish for my family and unnecessary stress. Complete lack of compassion and understanding from the bank. Final nail in the coffin.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve tried phoning twice today, was on hold for 15 minutes each time and then cut off when I got through to an operator. I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month now, calling several times a week and this has happened a lot! I’ve even put in a complain.

    @HSBC_UK why don’t HSBC ask for transaction confirmation via the app !! Rather than make us wait for hours on the phone to contact the fraud department? Also change the message to say over 3h waiting time. I really don’t know how you can operate a bank with such poor service.

    @HSBC_UK I am trying to activate your banking app on my new phone and every time when it says it will send my activation code to my phone it does not do it?! PLEASE HELP ASAP!

    @HSBC_UK disappointed with your poor customer service and redundant systems. Requested a reset which should normally take 2 hours. Been 18 hrs and still no response. Called customer service and instead of sorting out my issue they have complicated it further by locking me out

    @samiq @HSBC_UK They are awful! They do give you the option for a call back if you call earlier in the day though - I guess when they have long queues & get nearer to closing time they remove that option!

    @HSBC_UK @Chris_Hambridge Same here, I went into the bank withal my I.d explained problem they said HSBC are having problems with online banking and to give it a few days. It's been a few days already!!! So why you not admitting its your glitch HSBC
