  So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm £500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!

  @AndrewG37241723 @HSBC_UK @SEAresource Amen. Deplorable service. Nobody answers the phone, nobody offers to help. Processes in place that penalise customers for no good reason. HSBC have my money in my business acc and won't let me access it. I cannot pay bills and they don't care. Absolute bullies

  @HSBC_UK awful experience of your phone banking today. On the phone for 2hours where your employee was solely trying to get rid of me when the inflexible script couldn’t cope with the request. Finally got through to the right dept. & my simple request was resolved in 5 minutes.

  @HSBC_UK hi, I have been trying to access the hsbc app all day and the account page won't load. I get an error saying 'there was a problem connecting to our servers please try again later'. Is there a known problem?

  @HSBC_UK extremely painful call with hsbc this morning. 48 min trying to deal with my disabled daughter’s affairs. Dreadful service
