@HSBC_UK Immediately after complaining to fraud team for the incorrect advice and run around, my card can no longer be verified AT ALL. *immdiately* after being told it is not humanly possible to unblock it over the phone. BULLSHIT. You put a higher block because I complained??

AVOID @HSBC_UK like the plague!! they decline access to your own debit cards, refuse to give reason, then refuse to unblock it, even after multiple ID authetications!!

@HSBC_UK I am really fed with how long I takes to do any business with your bank . I have have to wait ages for an impersonal chat online and your website is not clear to navigate. You seem obsessed with security but not with delivering a service . I was sent to Headington branch today?
