@HSBC_UK how do you complain about customer service? 1. Agent took my name and put me on hold for 10 minutes 2. Agent took my postcode and put me on hold for another 10 mins 3. Agent finally does security checks and then put me on hold. Still on hold while I'm typing this.

@HSBC_UK why is it so difficult to open a child’s account (for existing existing customers). Tried online, ID not accepted - no reason given. Rang to be told it’s linking to old address of 2 years ago. Transferred to another team, after 40 mins hold line goes dead! Great help.
