    @HSBC_UK hi HSBC. Are you able to help please? @AerLingus delayed flight MAN to DUB. Connection missed AerLingus didn't get us on next flight @11am despite there being 3 seats available. They've put us on 4pm flight. Can we claim travel insurance to pay business fare? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK Is that your proposed level of service now? A call center in Asia? Your stock response is that you are receiving a high volume of calls/ It has been the standard response for years. What does that tell you? You don't provide enough support and are failing in your role

    @HSBC_UK you haven’t been helped but you sent me back into a loop I have already spent lots of time in. At the other end of your “customer service” are real, perhaps vulnerable people who need more than a general phone line with response times in hours, and message bots which can’t cope.

    @HSBC_UK been banking with you for 20 years and you have decided to close all my accounts for no reason and no-one that can help me with this. I have all my wages, direct debits and savings and now cannot access any of it over Christmas as you have closed my accounts. Ridiculous!

    1/2Any one else had trouble with @HSBC_UK myself and wife took @MartinSLewis advice and changed banks,neither of us has photo ID my wife had no problem,so she transferred money over to my new one.Then I found out I need photo ID so it’s not been opened.

    @HSBC_UK your support for trying to deal with a PoA is dreadful. You gave me no information, so 6 week delay, then rubbish information: 3 week delay. Spent more than an hour waiting on your “help”line and your online system doesn’t work. @LloydsBank so much better.

    @HSBC_UK are you having issues with your app? I normally log on via fingerprint, but this morning it is asking me for my username and to generate a pin. I can’t generate a pin because when I open the app it asks me if I’m registered for online banking…can you help please?
