I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK joint ones apparently not. We have to go to the branch but appointments can't be made. So that's the end of that. Unless you can find a work around. It is pretty shabby service from a major financial institution.

@WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK Sorry to you’re getting this crap again! I’ve been with NatWest and never had any issues from name change to making general enquiries, they’ve been great. Maybe move away from the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation

@WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK I had to register my voice for my bank recently (Santander). Only problem is, I'm 8 months on T and my voice has only just started dropping, meaning within the next 6 months (roughly, hopefully), my voice is gonna get a lot deeper and likely won't be recognisable. Scared ngl

@HSBC_UK the v2.39.1 banking app still keeps crashing on iPhone 6. When is this being fixed on iOS 12.5.4???? I called your helpdesk and they were not even willing to acknowledge that it is a known issue.
