Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK online banking is so secure that I can't even access my own account. You need about 4 different passwords to log back in for them to tell you the automated service is closed until 8am. ******* useless.

@HSBC_UK How is that I’ve been trying to report a business banking fraud but none of your staff seem able to help me? I’ve spent an hour trying so far and have had enough of being passed from dept to dept and of being left holding on while listening to ghastly ‘music’.

@HSBC_UK evening. Paid cash into first direct account via a HSBC branch around 11am today but still not showing in the account? What's the procedure to chase this us. @firstdirecthelp are no help and said contact you. can't get past your help bot as I don't have a HSBC account.
