    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK It is quicker to open up an account at another bank and transfer your money. I have been with HSBC since it was Midland but I am moving because customer service is non existent now. They used to be a bank.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK When they say they are 'dealing with a lot of calls at the moment', I cant help but think "just how s*** is this bank if this amount of people are calling right this second". Realistically, they're all at home watching Loose Women.

    @HSBC_UK I always get this message:Our contact centres are extremely busy at the moment, please don’t call us unless it’s urgent. See our help and support pages for guidance and to find out what you can do through online and mobile banking. when are your contact centres less busy

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK [2] The farce that these businesses call 'customer service' is a complete joke. The only good 'customer service' now exists in simple online order of something you want & the seller has at the same time. Amazon do it to a level of efficiency almost non-existent elsewhere sadly

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I just hope ur Broadband isnt with Vodafone...I spent 4 hours on the phone with them once trying to sort an issue out...they keep putting u on hold and transferring u (on purpose I believe) 😬

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Moved from HSBC because of similar crap service. Impossible to speak to anyone to get things done. Switched business account to Nat West and all good so far.
