Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Your app is not allowing me to make an online payment. It says service not available despite your website saying everything is fine. 1hr 15 minutes for an online chat response is very poor too. Get a bloody grip!

@HSBC_UK When I try to use your website to look at future payments on my account, I get an error message 'Unable to load your domestic accounts'. I need to be able to check my future payments to ensure I have enough money in the account to make them.
