I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK I hope your support/principles are not selective, dependant on where you may lose money. For example: The Middle East- I hope your claimed support and values are shared, voiced in all of your branches around the world. If not this tweet means nothing…🤔🙄

@yrhenwrach @HSBC_UK Ex-HSBC employees say you're horrible to work for - long hours & terrible wages. Will you be lowering your wages for men that ID as women? Think not. 🤔

@HSBC_UK I've been a customer for 30+ years; in the last 10 I have been appalled at the craven disregard of HSBC for Chinese minorities & freedom loving Hong Kongers. Equality is the law in the UK, discrimination is illegal. Declared pronouns are idealogical/religious & 99.9% unnecessary

@HSBC_UK "Joins us". It's as if you're at the forefront of something, it's certainly not banking customer service. This appropriation of any cause other than furthering the core business of a firm is nauseating.

@HSBC_UK How is this about equality and inclusion? Everyone Gemma works with knows her pronouns. As a customer, I don't need to know them because I'm not using them to her face, I'm calling her Gemma not her/she/hers. So who is the badge for, exactly?

@HSBC_UK Well HSBC, I’m disgusted with you. I’m an HSBC customer and I need to renew my mortgage next month. I don’t do business with pathetic woke snowflakes, so I’ll be looking elsewhere. Goodbye.
