Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@Eddystone506 @HSBC_UK They're desperately trying to recruit and train up new staff, apparently. The increase in people WFH has contributed to more support calls as well. It's very frustrating, but the staff are always lovely when you do get through.
