Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK I was on hold for 30 mins for business internet banking support then gave up. However got the option for callback by pressing 2 then going through phone verification and then asking to speak to someone

@HSBC_UK Still no response! Dreadful and appalling customer service, it’s as though you don’t care now the mortgage has been repaid. They need their deeds in order for their sale to proceed. They’re in their 70’s and are getting really stressed!

Can @StarlingBank tell me if I'm likely to have a better customer experience with then than @HSBC @HSBC_UK. I do hope so, but if not, I don't hold out much hope for small businesses.
