Ben Fuller (@benjaminfuller) reported from Easingwold, EnglandUnbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

TREV TREVOR (@TREV225) reported from Northallerton, England@HSBC_UK issues with the Banking App constantly falling on the new iOS update. Is there an issue?

Ben Fuller (@benjaminfuller) reported from Easingwold, EnglandI’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Ruth Anders (@987Anders) reported@HSBC_UK please contact me re : poor customer service. Advisors having to " follow the script ", unable to speak on behalf of my 91 year old parent, no knowledge about how the only remaining local branch operates. A frustrating 40 minute call.

Diane Hackney (@dithespy50) reported@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

David Monckton (@bugweed28) reported@HSBC_UK I’ve now taken my case to the financial ombudsman because of the lack of customer service I’ve received plus the ridiculous amount of time it’s taken @HSBC_UK to do anything, absolutely awful customer service!!

Windsurf.KE ☀️ (@XRPinKE) reported@HSBC_UK @CleansedTweets lol @HSBC_UK you treated me like **** as well. I hope you get punished by the ombudsman and stop treating us expats like ****. Given the banks origins you should be the first choice bank for UK expats. Now you are a liability and will lose a lot of deposits

Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

Richard Kennedy (@RichardKennedy) reported@Aliciasdnud @HSBC_UK “Hi there! We’d love to continue this in DMs, mainly because public evidence of our incompetence is terrible for brand awareness.”
