I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK Thanks. The problem is that while you had 'an issue' your customers had no idea what was going on or how long it was going to last for. Our concerns would be alleviated if we could find, without having to search, a statement from HSBC. It is the silence that concerns us.

@HSBC_UK And as I said I have been running beta version’s since around beta 12 and we r now on Beta 15 and until now I have not had a problem so don’t pass the buck to Apple wen it’s something the HSBC development team cos find a fix for.
