    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @Rainbow_L_S @nippa77 @HSBC_UK It is an issue with the banking app on iOS 12 on iPhone. I found this out after many calls and messages. They are trying to find a fix but could take days. 😡
