Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK Good morning HSBC. Just wanted to let you know that I STILL cannot activate the Physical Secure Key, and have no access to Internet Banking, due to HSBS's system failure and fault (ongoing since Tuesday) - and I'm still awating the "call back in 10-15 minutes" from Weds

@Jwonni @HSBC_UK I agree Jonathan. I've been through it around 10 times since Nov 2021. Also see Trustpilot reviews. Ridiculous forms and support. Now given up. Joined RBS snd switching next week. My opinion is that they don't want small biz in the UK.

Hi @HSBC_UK you’ve locked me out of my online banking, yet when I try and reset it you say I can’t.. do you have a phone number to call- the website/ chat bot is not helpful and just sends me round in circles. Thanks.

@HSBC_UK the one thing that is crystal clear is that my call is NOT important to you. Please stop telling people you offer a call back service after 240 seconds. You don’t. Multiple hours long calls this weekend have made clear that’s not the case.
