Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK I tried 08001696333, picked the Third Party option and got through to the solicitor line again. Tried again, this time picking the 'customer' option. They won't speak to me as I am not the customer and referred me to the Third Party Team I cannot get through to. Please advise.

@HSBC_UK Help needed. My daughter and I both bank with hsbc. She has now been waiting at least 4 months for a replacement bank card - unbelievable I know! - and for access to her a/c via her Hounslow branch, telephone or online banking. NO-ONE seems able to get this simple sorted

@HSBC_UK I have tried that. Please see the rest of my initial thread. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the dept. The person I spoke to on the solicitor line COULD NOT get me through.... This is clearly an issue. Please advise.
