Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK won't let me access my money. I'm in Australia and want to send it to another UK account. They block it as fraudulent. Their fraud team is useless. Three times they promised it would work. Three times they lied. The fourth time they admitted it would never work.
