I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK you had your app working on iOS 15 and it has now broken again… still the only banking app out of 10 I’ve tried that has consistent issues with iOS 15. Very frustrating to keep losing access to my banking.

@HSBC_UK how can I make a complaint about a staff member at your Newbury branch? I had to wait over a week for a free appointment and then was greeted by a rude staff member who laughed at me and clearly had decided she wasn't going to help me before we even started.
