    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC @JulieMarsonMP why do you have such shocking customer service? Five times been promised/phone call back fromsenior complaints managers … five times NOTHING!!!! Liars. Incompetent, inept and a shambles of a bank!Shame on you. 🤬Also breached equalities act 2010 😡

    @HSBC_UK My boyfriend hasn’t been able to log into his mobile banking for two days now, and still cannot access it, nor can he access his online banking. We need this to send our bills etc.

    @The_JamesJordan Don’t go with @HSBC_UK they have shut majority of their f2f banks. They have **** my nearest 3. Yorkshire Building society do, we opened an account for our 2yr old with them. So far we have no complaints.

    In November I contacted @HSBC_UK to get control of my deceased Fathers bank account. Last week I emailed for progress and they emailed back Monday saying we have no record of an account! 16k missing! I gave them the details again and Still Nothing. Truly awful bereavement service

    @HSBC_UK locking me out of my online banking because they changed the login page, only to ring and be told I have to go to a branch with ID to verify me- said branches are only open mon- fri when I’m in work! Totally impossible to access for full time working people! Poor.

    It gets weirder @HSBC_UK say someone rang up as me, passed verification and...cancelled my subscription to @squarespace . Nothing else. No money gone. Just cancelled my payment and therefore account for my website. WTF

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC - Oh, sorry PS - no I did not take a 'screenshot' of the caption telling me my new card would arrive within 5 - 10 working days, as 'Oh I must take a screenshot incase @HSBC don't send it' was not a thought that cropped into my head, funnily enough

    @HSBC_UK are an actual joke. 😡 customer service agents fail to complete simple tasks and then lie about it. Now causing a hold up on me being able to complete my house purchase "with no suggested time frame available"

    Poor customer service experience at @HSBC_UK Redditch today. Waited 10 minutes to speak to a member of staff before walking out. None of the people waiting in front of me were seen in that time either. #fail
