    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK the mobile app is not working. It won’t let me log in at all. Checked online and I am not alone so I’m adding my voice to the crowd.

    And the funny thing about @HSBC_UK is they rang me to say they are putting their charges up soon .. so I am going to leave them anyway with all my accounts .. they need to pay customers to stay to us an appallingly bad service.

    @HSBC_UK Every year you’re block my card when I’m trying to pay for the new iPhone 🤬 I used to get a phone call from you when my card is blocked, but I guess you just don’t care anymore?

    @HSBC_UK have a massive problem in that you can never contact anyone .. no branches .. and what I think is the longest wait of any bank. You can stay on for a hour and get nowhere.

    @HSBC_UK help I need to login to my app and I can’t. The only advice I was given was to turn my phone off and on and then delete abs reinstall app. I have an iPhone. I need to pay bills. Sort it!

    Well found out this week can’t deposit money @Barclays on a Saturday as they don’t have a counter service, though did have 3 (friendly) but unoccupied staff stood around and can’t withdraw cash at @HSBC_UK as they don’t have a cashier service though, again, had 3 staff unoccupied

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness 10 weeks after trying to set up a charity account with HSBC, hours spent on hold/live chat/email and still it seems to be mission impossible. Unable to accept donations! Who knew trying to give a bank money could be so hard?

    @empiresend @HSBC_UK You may find that branch staff numbers have reduced but under regulation they should log customer complaints and give you a complaint reference number so if you need to escalate to the ombudsman you have a link. Complete add into have to be dealt with in a strict timescale.
