Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK joint ones apparently not. We have to go to the branch but appointments can't be made. So that's the end of that. Unless you can find a work around. It is pretty shabby service from a major financial institution.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to call but I finally got through & now my telephone banking has been locked. Everything I try to do online keeps telling me to call. Lost card - need to call Account switch - need to call App login blocked - need to call Tele banking locked - need to call 🙃

@HSBC_UK The issue had not been resolved. I have reinstalled the app but cannot get past the page asking me to provide my log in details, it then switches off. Please confirm when the app works for all iPhones. Thank you
