  @HSBC_UK I've done that and now of course have to log back in. And it won't of course accept the previous log in details I have recorded. So now on hold to HSBC trying to sort out the password change. Complete nightmare.

  @HSBC_UK Still locked out HSBC are refusing to help until a code arrives in the post in 10 days- choose your bank carefully and don’t be loyal switch regularly.

  @DawnELambert @HSBC_UK I'm here in December and I can report that nothing has really changed. Same long call queues. Same poor excuses. HSBC Business internet banking service has reached an all time low.

  @HSBC @HSBC_UK Your "updated" Android app sucks. Biometrics work intermittently, the app crashes regularly and when it does work it is very slow. #hsbc

  @HSBC_UK No I don't have access to my account, that's the problem. The app was malfunctioning so it wouldn't let me log in and now it won't let me log in due to too many attempts.

  @HSBC_UK Patience is wearing out as I now have to leave for an all-day meeting having been on hold, across 2 calls, for >45 minutes. To blame this appalling service on the pandemic, as you still do, is disingenuous

  @HSBC_UK My HSBC App has stopped working on my iPhone. It was recently updated to iOS 15.1 is there an issue?? It flashes up for a few seconds then disappears.
