    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK @Markleshark I am not suggesting anyone here has the power to fix this, but blaming this on "the beta breaking the app" is misleading and suggesting downgrading is kind of funny. It's also a moot point as all of your competitors have apps that beta testers can use on their phones perfectly.

    @HSBC_UK @Markleshark Your app doesn't work because you chose to disable it on beta versions. Apps w/o an update for months work fine. Of 7 banks across 3 countries, your app is the only one that doesn't launch on iOS 15. Yes, you can choose not to support betas but this is not an unavoidable hurdle.

    @HSBC_UK if my call was really important to you as you’ve stated every 30 seconds for the last 15 minutes you’d employ enough staff to answer your customer’s calls!

    @HSBC_UK I’m a new customer with an iPhone 12 and full iOS 15 installed. The app crashes. When do you expect it to work please. There’s no point me using the account until I can see it 😳

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC now been on hold for 1 hour 36 minutes! Had my account since 1969 and cannot speak to an agent or speak to someone in a branch! Disgusting customer service 🤮

    @HSBC_UK I have now been waiting 3 hours. This has been in dispute for over 6 months now and all I get is 'somebody is looking into it' and the latest 'they should have rang on 31st May' I have received NO help with this and I have been a customer since 1985. Dont know what to do

    hi @HSBC_UK I am having a really bad time on your phone service - I've been on for 2 hours today trying to pay my credit card after your system crashed. I have no confidence that the people I'm speaking to have a clue . Can you DM me so I can get this sorted out.
