Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK Very annoyed with HSBC in Portsmouth. The automated cheque machine has been down for over a week. The queues are so long to wait for cashieres. Needs to be fixed!

@HSBC_UK when Will you authorise your banking app on ios16?(now public beta) Barclays, virgin, Lloyds, Halifax, wise, PayPal all work…. 🤔 poor show. Cutting customers of as iterally no digital access as app is also the identifier for online banking.

@HSBC_UK Waited ages to speak to someone about my son’s mobile app only to be told that he’ll have to wait 5 to 7 days before he can get back on it, just because his mobile number wasn’t registered! Can’t get online either-not great service!

@HSBC_UK Have tried on two separate laptops. They're both running the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox and DuckDuckGo. Both Mac running Monterey 12.5. This is a server side function that is limiting execution of my request.

@HSBC_UK your service in branch for business customers is simply atrocious. I have come into the branch to make a priority payment on behalf of a client in respect of a large commercial property transaction and I am in the same queue as consumer customers and waiting over an hour

@HSBC_UK I can’t log in to my mobile banking as I’ve got iOS 16. I also can’t then use online banking because I have to use the app to verify my identity? So I can’t access my bank account at all

@PaulJohnMorgan @HSBC_UK You can call the help line and request a Physical Secure Key (PSK). They will deactivate the current Digital Secure Key and request a PSK for you. I will have to do the same today. 🙁
