Steve Conway (@shanghaisaint) reported@HSBC_UK Really disappointing as the bot is more than useless. I’m a Prem customer trying to fund my SIPP through my debit card as the platform permits. However for 15K and 10K deposits although authenticated the payments failed, remained pending on my account and were then refunded.

Ben Moss (@BenjieMoss) reported@HSBC_UK I opened my business account with @HSBC_UK about 17 years ago. In all that time, I don’t think they’ve ever really wanted me to be a customer. Obviously, as a freelancer, I haven’t put £bns into their pockets, but I pay for the account, it would be nice to have access to it.
