I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK why can't I spend the maximum of my overdraft limit? I've deposited to bring my current overdraft down (it never reached the limit) but now my card won't let me spend online?

@HSBC_UK Great words, but @HSBC_UK does not live or support those words because i am #jamaican i was treated with much prejudice and my case handled like i was a #criminal instead of giving it the attention it deserved. Fraud is fraud, whether local or international. Why show favoritism?

Well done @HSBC @HSBC_UK - problem solved by Customer Advocate quickly, efficiently, politely. Totally unlike my experience in the branch.

@HSBC_UK what’s the wait time to speak to customer services? I’m after raising a complaint and closing my account but every time I call I’m on hold for up to an hour

@HSBC_UK After 5 hours on hold I've had to conced defeat. It's really not worth advertising Section75 protection for a credit card if it's impossible to get your money back. @MoneySavingExp @BBCWatchdog

@HSBC_UK worst service.i opened an account for my child which was locked out. I called the help desk and they didn't unlock the account as they wanted to speak to my child who is 13. Asking stupid question which my child doesn't know. What kind of stupid service you are running?

@HSBC_UK I've tried numerous times now. I just need a 5 minute conversation and it's simply impossible to get through. All I need to do is talk to an actual person about a Section75 Credit card claim. Just so frustrating. Literally at my wits end.

@HSBC_UK Why doesn't HSBC concentrate on improving its poor banking service and not on woke virtue signaling?

@HSBC_UK Instead of running these 'Self praise' posts, why not get your customer services actually helping customers. It is diabolical at present.
