    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Well therein lies the difficulty. Online application is only for joint current account customers who are ‘new to HSBC’ which I am not. Over the phone we can’t seem to get past the standard check boxes which don’t cover our scenario of one existing customer / one new customer.

    @HSBC_UK why can't I access my business account payment section? We have so many problems with your bank I've taken to Twitter for it as your call centres and branches haven't been a le to help.

    @sazcass @HSBC_UK Have had this issue in the past, usually someone unfamiliar with text relay. Have always asked for their manager, bring up equality act and right to equal access. A 5 mins call ends up taking 30+ mins so I bring up phone charges and get compensation. Hassle we can do without!

    @HSBC_UK Samsung galaxy note 10+ and yes I have read that you have had issues with the latest update with Samsung/Android phones. Do we know when there may be an estimated fix for it?

    @HSBC_UK I've closed my account already. @monzo's customer service is better & more responsive (I waited weeks for help from HSBC) & their app is easier to use - the security features are sensible rather than unusable & Kafkaesque, so I've moved everything I had with HSBC over to them.

    @HSBC_UK Uninstalled, reinstalled yesterday working although won't allow fingerprint recognition to be set but, 24 hours later its back to being broken. Where is a link to the problem update and fix? World Class Shambles

    @HSBC_UK We have complained before and never hear back. You have changed the terms on our account without notifying us. And now withdrawn key account features stopping us operating. Whilst charging us. I want a direct number to someone who can actually help.
