Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK Discovered yesterday that the HSBC app provides a way to find user's pin. This seems like a *massive* security issue (shouldn't that info only be hashed and salted in HSBC systems, not sitting on a phone?). If phone is compromised, so is pin! Eek!

So 7 weeks ago @HSBC_UK suspended our business account. This is having a huge detrimental effect on our ability to run our business. We have no access to any funds and all of our direct debits have been cancelled. We’ve provided everything to @HSBC_UK that they’ve asked for.

@HSBC_UK trying to book an appointment. Website says phone the bank on number xxxx. Phone service says go to website!! Currently waiting to discuss my "answer" with an agent. Brilliant!! If you can manage an appointment booking should I trust you with my money?
