    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK please, please, please tell me how to get some advice on my son's My Money account. I call and am hold for so long, I try online chat and MOBA can't help. I'm wasting hours with this... currently been on hold for 30mins. Disappointing customer service.

    @HSBC_UK why oh why for all that is good do you not provide a CSV download option for credit card statements!? It's bizarre & forces your customers to go through an AWFUL convoluted process so we can figure out where our money is going to! You can and should do better! #getwithit

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK and no call back or action taken. Start again tomorrow if I can find a few hours spare just to change some direct debits which you can no longer do online! Customer for 30 plus years, may need to look elsewhere
