I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Nope, not working. And spent more than an hour on the phone and they were unable to fix the issue. So now have to wait for the physical key to arrive, or for the escalated support ticket to be dealt with. Very frustrating.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UAE Writing about HSBC Qatar Branch. The banking system is so much confusion specially transaction related to Credit Card..and felt like its been made to charge customer, even without knowing them. Paid 120$ fine just because of your mistake.

@HSBC_UK Hello, just wanted to log some feedback if that's okay? I had a very long wait but the lady I spoke to in your credit card team was extremely helpful and polite, sorted my issue in minutes. She's an absolute credit to the company but I didn't catch her name!

@HSBC_UK I’ve so far had two waits of 47 minutes before the line cut and currently 35 minutes. I understand people are busy, but another large bank answered my query within 12 minutes earlier today. I don’t see how HSBC can justify the difference to the customer.

@HSBC_UK whilst respecting that you need to check odd happenings but leaving a mum with a small baby without access to her card for over 4 days and say’ it takes time…’ isn’t helpful!
