Heidi Howarth (@HeidiHowarth5) reported@HSBC_UK It is totally wrong to offer a refund and withdraw monies from our @stripe account when no evidence has been provided by the customer. While this investigation goes on, they have the goods of which they still use! It’s a false claim making it fraudulent.
