    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK Please can you confirm whether customers are being directed to the post office ? Apparently due to branch closures and reduced counter service. I believe this is what I was told in branch but a DM from yourself states that this is only at the post office’s discretion!🤔

    @BallyHell @kevmg @HSBC_UK Exactly what I would recommend. Actually there may be a case study already available on the FO website for you to refer to. For that amount of money and out of principle, I would exhaust EVERY avenue.

    @kevmg @NickPye10 @HSBC_UK They set up an online application form, then accuse you of not taking advice, that's a kind of entrapment, also did you complain during a cooling off period? Did they inform you of the obvious error by return? Surely a representative would check the form and see your error?

    @HSBC_UK hi. I'm a customer and trying to open two teen accounts. It won't let me upload anything on Jumio? How do I get a customer number for it? No explanation is given. It talks about a letter or a text. Help! In branch no help as no appointments.

    @HSBC_UK @rbh1978 I do hope things are better since you were Midland Bank, in the 90s I was bullied, threatened with physical violence in branch, discriminated against for being pregnant and a working mother,and generally treated like dirt.

    @kevmg @HSBC_UK Too much reliance on electronic devices/apps for vetting mortgages, recruitment etc. A1 is meant to support humans not take over from them. Laziness and money saving is at the heart

    @HSBC_UK I didnt want to resort to Twitter for my problems with HSBC ( in the simple task of opening an account). If i dont hear back by midday thirsday 5th August i will make public my dissatifaction
