  Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK I’ve already ordered a new card but it’s unbelievable that two staff members failed to advise me to cancel and order a replacement, rather just “see what happens” attitude. The customer service and care is truly appalling.

  @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.
