I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Thanks already gone through that pain. My OS version is good for the app. I beleive the new app has issues with both older and newer versions. Write your app for older so you dont exclude those who cant update such as the elderly #digitaldivide

@HSBC_UK 12.5.4 iPhone. App starts to load, I start fingerprint log in. After 10 seconds, everything returns to phone home screen.

@HSBC_UK Chris - thanks for your reply but I don't see how the customer escalation team can help aside from resolving the known problem with the app. I see communications suggesting its fixed but I can assure you this is not the case. The lack of proper communication on this is very bad.
