I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK I'm locked out of my Accounts on my Banking App and just been to two local ATMs. I can withdraw cash but can't access my balances. WHY???????????? I've used Chat on the App but says I have to wait 1.5hrs for a reply. Local Branch closed to Monday. WHY!!! @MartinSLewis
