    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness I actually thought you guys were more efficient in customer service than other banks. Silly me! Worst!!! 6 hours of calls and line drops and being passed on, all I get is someone will call you back in 2 working days. Why the pass ons?????

    @HSBC_UK Can't get through to speak to your Safeguarding Review Team about a charities account. The online form is being rejected though we answer the questions the best we can, nobody in branch can help. Calling 08000304516 and 48 minutes on hold so far. Please help!

    @HSBC_UK How long does it take to open an account? I’ve been waiting over a week with no correspondence or communication. When I follow up I am just told it’s in progress. You are going to loose a premium customer unless I get a confirmation in 24 hours.

    @HSBC_UK Just get this message when I try to log on: "Account suspended. There appears to be a problem with your account. " My current accommodation is expiring in 2 days and I am unable to pay for my new accommodation as all my money is in the account. Please help!

    Just wanna say it was pretty much a year ago I left @HSBC_UK after years of their stonewalling, appalong customer service and insane fees and its one if the best financial decisions I’ve ever made. Absolute crooks.

    @HSBC_UK I paid my credit card bill yet the money has not been credited to my account and I have been charged interest. Your chat service said “Nearly 1 million customers were affected with the late fee charges and interest”. How do I know if I am affected? What happens now?

    Its been pretty much a year since I left @HSBC_UK after years of ludicrous fees, stonewalling, indifferent customer service and complete inflexibility and its the best financial decision I’ve ever made. Absolute crooks.

    @Caf Thanks for your messages. I also spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone yesterday, and am awaiting a callback. It seems you have been let down by @HSBC_UK, but for a specialist charity bank, having facilities to pay in cash from fundraising events is a pretty basic need!
