Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK issues with the Banking App constantly falling on the new iOS update. Is there an issue?

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

> to do. We had to tell her to check the dormant accounts, at which point she said she cannot help but she’ll “see if she can find someone who could”. She clearly didn’t, bcoz we were thrown to the end of the phone queue. This time 50 min of waiting, listening to @HSBC_UK >

@amandareed2571 @HSBC_UK I'm having the same problem with them. Their changes to the Mobile Banking App at the end of March disabled my Secure Key Card. This has caused me to have no Internet Banking at all since 29th March.

@HSBC_UK if u want to call about someone else's account you can't without them there, because this is annoying but OK security,so just do it online chat instead somehow you can get past it also the automated system solved the problem without asking. So is it security or is it not?

@HSBC_UK She spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday to them and was eventually told that she was entering the code too slowly, which I’m sure is not the case. I feel that she and others with card reader issues are being patronised and let down

Conference Chair, Plastic Pipes Inside Buildings™

🧵We made the awful mistake of opening a €-denominated business account with @HSBC_UK, so we could accept payments made in €. Since that rarely happens, the account is rarely used, but it had a sizeable amount in it (€thousands). Suddenly, it disappeared from Online Banking >

@IanJamesSeale @HSBC_UK Good to know, but my issue is probably a general error.
