    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK I think you must go down as having the worst customer service of any product provider I have ever dealt with in all my existence. It takes more than an hour for your call centre to answer calls and then when they do, no one is ever even capable of solving the problem.

    @HSBC_UK I HAVE RAISED A FORMAL COMPLAINT NEXT STEP THE OMBUDSMAN THEN THE PRESS IF I CANNOT DEAL WITH THE HSBC HUDDERSFIELD AND GET THE SERVICE PROMISED THEN I ONLY HAVE ONE CHOICE TO TAKE IT FURTHER DISGUSTING THAT I NEED MY MONEY AND IT WAS BLOCKED WENT INTO BRANCH NO MANAGER NO HELP

    @HSBC_UK WHY HAS MY CHAPS TRANSFER BEEN MADE DONE ON 1ST AUGUST NOW 5TH HUDDERSFIELD BRANCH MADE TRANSFER BY CHAPS SO WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT IS IT THE BRANCH OR TOTAL BANK THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE TRANSFER NOW I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION IF NECESSARY TO ACCESS MY MONEY YES MINE
