I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK are truly shte! Existing customer? Open your child's account online! Proof their I'd with a passport? Done! Now.....please come into a branch since although we said we accepted passport as Id and it has been verified, we can't accept it. I mean, basics for being a bank?!

@HSBC_UK NOW you have a dumb chatbot for chat, and if I need to chat to an agent, I need to login to the app, I CANT LOG TO THE APP. SOME smart alternatives!!

@HSBC @HSBC_UK please look into this. I gathered that in general HSBC Colombo a is terrible Banker. Customer Care is useless as the Bank. They lie, misslead and utter bogus. Pls note that if you all don’t help me resolve this I will take legal action against the Bank.
