    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK Your service status page shows ticks yet I haven't been able to transfer money for at least 30 min due to a variety of errors (app and web) such as; TOO_MANY_REQUESTS and If the problem persists, please contact us quoting code HRX503.

    @HSBC_UK I paid a large cheque from building society into my account at around 12.30 on 31/3. The machines were broken so had to go to teller. It is not showing in my account. Should it show as pending transaction.

    @IanJamesSeale @HSBC_UK This is very bad! I opted to use the new PIN and it is messy too! The app says service unavailable regularly! To fix this you have to close the app and relaunch it. It’s very glitchy with accepting security codes in Online banking that it generates and threatens to lock me out!

    @HSBC_UK spent 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone on the business side to order a new security dongle. Updated my address then line went dead before they confirmed it was sent. Spent another 3 hours from abroad on hold nobody answered so gave up. Shocking service.

    @HSBC_UK The great HSBC bank ask customers who are travelling overseas ask them to visit local branch to submit a subject access request. Not just that they don't have a direct access to such team but also the back office team do not have facility to call the customer.
