Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK Quite possibly the most ludicrous set of charges ever. I mean to pay to RECEIVE funds in GBP. Even long-standing Advanced customers are hit by these nonsensical charges. Absolute **** service.

@HSBC_UK your colleague gave me wrong information and told me a transfer between savers account and current account isn’t counted as a withdrawal so I did that and now I’m told it is so I’m losing on a months interest of up to £35. Absolutely unacceptable service
