Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

Shocking listening to a friend who has been scammed and his bank will not help him but shut his accounts @HSBC_UK @HSBC he has now gotta spend time transferring all his DDs and other payments never had a service like this from my bank if finances are not bad enough right now
