    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @BrodieMH @apwyatt @HSBC_UK 1/2 i'm not complaining about their pronouns, I'm complaining about Halifax customer service. They are saying they are inclusive, but they are excluding people who don't think it's right to put pronouns on badges. Some trans people if they've not come out yet might also feel
