Ben Fuller (@benjaminfuller) reported from Easingwold, EnglandUnbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

Adreena Winters (@adreena_winters) reported@ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far

Joe Langley (@langlineer) reported@HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.

burgesst 🗿🪣 (@burgesst) reported@HSBC_UK Well my mum went into a branch to ask for help, and I have to say they went above and beyond to sort her out. Thanks very much to all involved.
