    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @AmexUK I ordered my replacement card couple weeks ago and you guys have put me in an extremely frustrating chicken and egg loop. And the customer support (on the app) is absolutely clueless. Can you resolve this or should I switch to @Barclaycard / @HSBC_UK? Let me know.

    Why does the @HSBC_UK business app take so long to update. The personal banking app has been working with ios16 for almost 2 weeks. But the business app… still not updated. And ios16 is now out of beta.

    @HSBC_UK Do you have a complaints contact? I received two different responses for the same question from 2 of your customer service reps regarding the delay of a telephone bank password. I've now been charged a huge fee for not doing my bank transfer soon enough...

    So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

    @HSBC_UK it’s a real shame, the price we pay to be a business customer, that all I can do in branch is pay my money into a machine. No cash exchange, don’t take crumpled notes, told to use post office but no slips available to help #frustrated

    @MelindaGilesLaw @HSBC_UK OMG. I thought it was just us having a problem with getting the LPA account sorted out. It’s a month to the day since my partner made a complaint to the CEO. It is excuse after excuse with HSBC. They haven’t got a clue what they are doing.

    Another iOS app update from @HSBC_UK lands, another update without accessibility fixes. Still no acknowledgement of the issues that are standing in the way of VoiceOver users having full financial independence. This is my last call on it before switching banks.
