Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu This bank is a joke. Avoid. Their customer call centre is atrocious. Called them three times today and was hung up on twice! They’re charging me for a credit card balance they haven’t even transferred over from previous provider. Appalling. #HSBC #CustomerService

@DrProudman @HSBC_UK She had no problem having affairs in his house, going to Coachella (which she posted all about it), she literally had her friends there rent free, where is his control over her? When she told him "COUCH" like he's some animal to obey her?

Wife loses bank card for our joint account (boo). Samaritan finds it and kindly calls @HSBC_UK to cancel the card (yay). HSBC cancels the wrong card (boo). Now neither of us have a working bank card (double boo) 😢
