I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@santanderukhelp Update: contacted Santander, issue is my original account is shared & the new account currently isn't. Called @HSBC_UK : I can open a new shared account over the phone, but to add a sharer to an existing account I have to go into branch. Earliest appointment in late April 😩

Never apply for a credit card with @HSBC_UK it’s just GARBAGE. TWICE now I’ve applied with them and they’ve approved me but with issues on their end the terms and conditions aren’t being sent to me so the process expires and I have to start again and take another hit to my score

@HSBC_UK - please clarify why it is so difficult to register a formal complaint with you? Having spent FOUR days on numerous calls, your agents see it fit to disconnect at the very mention of poor service! I now await formal acknowledgment of complaint with GDPR request!

@HSBC_UK It is about business banking. Was tokd by Telephone banking this morning to go into Knutsford so the branch can print some statements of for me as I still cannot log in to internet banking Get to the branch and they said I shouldnt have been told that as they cant Very Poor.
