I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

Please can you help @HSBC_UK My 80 year old dad is losing the will trying to complete the online safeguard for their chapel charity.All because they haven’t used the account for nearly two years due to covid. Managed to fill 10 pages only to find the link at the end is not valid.

@HSBC_UK the app kept crashing on my phone so I re downloaded it went to sign in and now I can’t because I need my digital secure key which was activated on my phone which is where I’m trying to log into..

@Xero is there an issue w/bank feeds that's not on your status page? @HSBC_UK deposit & current account & @AmexUK transactions are taking 48+ hours to show up after clearing my account. Refreshed connections but still no data. I thought feeds were daily not 2 or 3 days?
