Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK I've deleted it and reinstalled it. And now I can't log in because it wants a secure key created by the app. I can't explain infuriating this system is. Now I can't access my account at all. Absolutely time to move banks.

@HSBC_UK @ddanforster Hi @HSBC_UK why can't you give a go to cross check why the OTP service is not working as expected?? It's really bad behaviour from the bank side towards customers. Bdw sometimes the card also don't work while tapping on the undergrounds .i always carry one more card along wth

@HSBC_UK been HSBC 37yrs but think it's time to try a better bank! SO many issues in last couple of weeks. Now cannot log on. Had a word code. Last week you changed it to nos. Won't accept my code. Cannot understand all the diff requests: Digital Secure Key? Security Code?WTF?

@HSBC_UK to all customers linked to HSBC please be very careful when making payments as your bank does not protect its customer!! You call in to rectify the problem they tell you there’s nothing they can do
