    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Your initiatives to support communities are admirable @HSBC_UK.However, having read your report and seen your billboards talking about support for people experiencing financial abuse, shouldn’t you really be supporting charities campaigning on this? Like @RefugeCharity 🤔🤔

    @HSBC_UK trying to find out when the Salisbury branch will open today- the phone number on the door doesn’t seem to exist. Had to drive in from another county as our branch was closed down. Grumpy 😠

    @HSBC_UK Applied for a credit card, approved, didn't click to accept the agreement. Want to continue the application but no one in the call centre understands the issue. Takes 45 minutes to get through. How can I speak to someone in your credit card team please to complete it?

    @HSBC_UK literally lost the will to live trying to sort online banking from Jersey with a POA for my aunt. Jersey branch can’t help with UK accounts but they can pay a cheque in. Oh and they can’t ring me back, meanwhile my aunt is being robbed weekly. No rush.

    @HSBC_UK If you read the origin tweet, it’s nothing to do with me. I’m merely highlighting the appalling attitude of banks to the elderly, digitally illiterate or deprived. Address the bigger issue and employ real people in real buildings in local communities.
