I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Yes there's a lot of organisations have just not sorted out their call centres following covid. I spent 1 hour 55 minutes queuing before Jet2 answered my call....then I got cutoff after 5 mins. They did call back but the fact is the service of so many organisations is shocking!

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I spent over30 minutes several times. @hsbc refused to call me back. They have not recovered my money from a transfer they handled in July 2021. I wrote to CEO about poor service and it got passed down and still unresolved!

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK When I was having issues with the bank I sent a lengthy email to the CEO of the bank.. Unfortunately he failed to answer personally But I did get a response from Mr Jordan Owen senior complaints team manager. Who wasn't much help! Matter is now with the banking ombudsman service

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I love how HSBC does all the lovey-dover ESG stuff. It's almost cringy. They never tire of telling us to "see beyond borders", and maybe I agree, but they're less enthusiastic about such mundane things as answering the telephone or providing customer service. I wonder why?

@MessedUpMusic @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK NOOOOO! This is why we are ditching Santander, they are a dollop in this regard and have caused us no end of hassle by constantly blocking our cards and turning down payments. You get better conversations with a brick wall. Avoid at all costs!
