Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@KamaljitUbhi @HSBC_UK Same here. And the website says there aren't any issues. I deleted the app and redownloaded thinking it was a glitch and now I can't remember my username! @HSBC_UK you need to make it known on your website there are issues for some customers

Just a suggestion @HSBC_UK if you're having an issue with mobile app/online banking maybe pin a status tweet to let people know you're aware of it. Could save a lot of time/pressure for your already stretched CS team.
