I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

Every rare time I need something from my bank @HSBC_UK and get the worst customer expirience on earth, I see the #NeoBanks oppurtunity clearer. The bar is so low, that you literraly need nothing to beat it. 50% of my activity is already elsewhere, the other half will follow...

@HSBC_UK shocking telephone service - after keying in multiple details then telling your bot “my debit card has been declined” (when in credit!), it tells me about the joys of online banking then “goodbye”. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the train station unable to buy a train ticket.

@HSBC_UK Still unable to... I've reset my security codes, reinstalled the app it simply doesn't want to yield. Keeps giving me a login screen despite having put in the right credentials

@HSBC_UK I haven't had a secure key for years because I use the app and it will now take five working days to arrive. Any idea when the app will be up and running. I was told on the phone last night that they can't guarantee it will work at all.
