  @HSBC_UK I’m now talking to an actual person in the app. You should have this as an immediate choice on chat. In fact it should be an immediate default when your chat bot can’t help.

  @HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?
