I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK @SEAresource My wife & I have 5 bank accounts & by far the worst is HSBC for getting help. Their help lines are terrible & even contradict what staff in the branches say. We have spent over 8 hours in the last two weeks WAITING on so-called 'help lines' to get no results. HSBC is shameful.

@CiaranMurtagh @HSBC_UK Opened a couple of Starling accounts recently- so far so good but tbf I have been with Halifax for 20 years - never an issue. And their AA cover has saved me a couple of times.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I cannot access the Direct Debits/standing orders part of the app, and statements through the app are also not working. I note others mention issues making payments. Do you have a timeline for resolution of the issues with your app?

@HSBC_UK closed our local branch. Travel half hour tonearest branch and no counter service on a Saturday yet a HUGE queue to speak with the laptop ladies. Make no sense to me why no counter service as most people's only day to come in to the bank around work? 🙄 will be moving
