Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Thanks @Caf & @HSBC_UK. You've removed counter services in Winchester, without putting alternative arrangements in place, making it impossible for @WinchRadio to pay the proceeds of our charity car boot sale into our CAFbank account. Wasted journey to town today. Suggestions?

@HSBC_UK tried moving app to new tablet after issues with app on phone. Now account is locked and refuses to let me login. Can't use my physical key card as battery has run out. Going round in circles online and on telephone support and losing will to live. Please help.

Today I’m calling out @HSBC_UK for appalling service. Passed from one slippery shoulder to the next finally ending with an apologetic guy, who said’not his dept but phone this number’it was a fax line!FFS all I want to do is pay you some money, 80mins of life I’ll never get back.

@HSBC_UK Hello I’ve recently had a new phone & I’m trying to access the mobile banking app on my new phone , but the app isn’t letting me generate a secure code for me to scan the QR code, I have been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to speak to a agent.

In my spare time I’m fortunate to be Chairman of Trustees of a small charity in the village where I grew up. I’ve been Chairman now for 4 years and I can honestly say I’ve never encountered such appalling customer service as @HSBC_UK. They seem to encourage charities to fail.

@HSBC_UK Been waiting on the phone for 40mins for mortgage help. I have paid off the mortgage but final bill was raised to the solicitor before a further two payments came out, I believe these two payments need to be refunded. Can someone please help

Another half hour of my life gone talking to @HSBC_UK who contacted me to resolve an issue, only to tell me that they cannot tell me anything about the issue. You could not make it up. I have been with HSBC for 38 years but now will be moving to @NatWest_Help or @Barclays
