I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

Trying to report a security concern on my bank account; no published numbers work; a number of circular processes that ask me to call the number I've called; turns out the bank is closed till Monday (even though it claims 24/7 service). How seriously are they taking it? #hsbc_uk

@firstdirect This has been going on for months. It’s not a new issue. When FD was moved back under the @HSBC_UK umbrella over a year ago, the service started to go downhill. It’s been 30 minutes now and I’m still on hold.
