I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK issues with the Banking App constantly falling on the new iOS update. Is there an issue?

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Yourself and @firstdirect can keep telling your customers EVERY year the same “we don’t support beta until it’s released” but you are the SAME TWO banking apps that fail every year and it’s a little tiresome that you inconvenience the 1000’s of iOS users now installing iOS 16

@HSBC_UK I appreciate the polite response, and I’ve remained polite every year with the same issue - you all fail to understand how many people install these betas once public and how much of an inconvenience the same 2 banking apps cause every year @firstdirect

@HSBC_UK now on third call after random disconnect to telephone banking. Total waiting time so far 93 minutes this morning just to get the app on a phone from a broken other. #needmorestaff #fail

.@HSBC_UK charging me 5GBP to send GBP to my @RevolutApp account in GBP ... WHAT ******** @HSBC_UK 🤬

@HSBC_UK Telling a customer you are busy is not an appropriate response. How many of the high volume of enquirers have been caused by the banks own processes (such as mine)?

@HSBC_UK Been a Premier/Elite/Business client in 2 countries for 11 years, but I will switch this year. Seeing too many issues, low interests and advantages. On top of being stubborn with @Apple iOS Public beta compatibility. Ridiculous. Old school. 👋

@HSBC_UK a girl is in desperate need of my help. I need to transfer some money into her account urgently. I go to the app, it tells me I have too many devices, it tells me to go online, online tells me to go to the app and get a code, I go to the app and guess what,

@HSBC_UK I have emailed but why ask for an extra step. Why did YOU just forward the issue onto the correct department. Extra steps for no reason if you ask me

@HSBC_UK Hi Mauro, the biggest issue about this was probably the number of times he phoned and got shunted from pillar to post work no joy, being cut off on a few occasions and then having to call again and go through the whole process of explaining the problem again and again

@User54108 @HSBC_UK It’s not even a glitch - The iOS version is checked on launch - @HSBC_UK are choosing to inconvenience their customers and are simply failing to add iOS 16 to the whitelist! They could add iOS16 and then push an app update to make it work!?
