Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK online banking has been down for a day and there hasn’t been a public statement from the bank. Horrible customer service. I almost deleted the app and reinstalled it. Luckily, I checked twitter first because I can’t remember my username and would have locked myself out💀
