Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

  • benjaminfuller Ben Fuller (@benjaminfuller) reported from Easingwold, England

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK Fantastic to see solidarity in the face of a pile on by transphobes and people ridiculously over reacting to pro unions badges. As a HSBC customer of 20 years, I’m pleased to see this

  • BlueMouseEeek PlatinuMouse 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@BlueMouseEeek) reported

@Rebecca32940344 @HSBC_UK Optional pronoun badges don't affect service quality.

  • MaddestMa Maddest Ma (@MaddestMa) reported

@Rebecca32940344 @HSBC_UK It’s because an awful lot of EU citizens, with lovely manners, an understanding of customer service ethic and, frequently, better spoken English than native born Brits, have gone home. I wonder why they did that.

  • RebeccaJones_03 Rebecca Jones 🔶 (@RebeccaJones_03) reported

@lucavikingbiker @HSBC_UK @NatWest_Help Oh I’m a customer too and ya I agree they were really good with everything!

  • FreddieEagle2 Freddie Eagle (@FreddieEagle2) reported

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Every single other UK banking app is working on the new IOS 16. Will the app be working when the public beta comes out for IOS 16?

  • JohnBeckford John Beckford (@JohnBeckford) reported

@HSBC_UK Interesting - a simple problem, could not be addressed by your automated systems and wasted 45 minutes. Solved by a human being in 30 seconds. Automation that is not up to the task makes things worse not better for customers!

  • SonicPhantom Kyle (@SonicPhantom) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@PrettyWildXx @HSBC_UK Nah, a bank is not obliged to do business with you. They are taking a firm stance on inclusivity and self expression in their staff and they are indicating that this won’t change - therefore if you’re a customer and you’re not happy with it, you can go elsewhere.

  • rad1ac Joe (@rad1ac) reported

@HSBC_UK you actually has the worst customer service sometimes, im getting passed onto the fraud team, then u just ended the call twice on me lol

  • Str4ang3 Danny Loftus (@Str4ang3) reported

    @trans_mum @HSBC_UK You're a terrible mother

  • BlueMouseEeek PlatinuMouse 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@BlueMouseEeek) reported

@DeusFoxy @HSBC_UK What if outrage at *optional* pronoun badges is the true issue
