Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK there is no app compatibility with the HSBC UK android app and my phone, which is the Google Pixel 6. I am trying to log on with my laptop but I can't get in without a DSK, which I can't generate because I don't have access to the mobile banking app. What to can I do?
