Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I have finally switched banks from @HSBC_UK but they want to send me 5 years worth of statements, unless I contact them in 7 working days 😳 I got that letter yesterday but it’s dated 15th Nov. I have been on hold for 45 mins already to try and cancel this.

@HSBC_UK You are not allowed by law to give more than 6 years of bank statements but you breached the rules and gave 10 years of statements and when the customer complains you rely on your six year rule to refuse to deal with the complaint. I see this as bullying the customer.

@HSBC_UK Please help, you have taken away my overdraft without informing me, apparently because I haven’t used it enough for you to be able to charge me, so now I’m obviously overdrawn and raking up charges due to your poor decision making. Please help, this seems so wrong.
