Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK well saga continues. After asking for help the account has been frozen,money paid in to pay a mortgage has disappeared into the ether and they haven’t heard anything from anyone. Perfect timing!! People wonder why those in trouble don’t ask for help, it just gets worse!

@HSBC_UK I have been a customer for over twenty years. I applied for a debt consolidation loan where the monthly payment was less than my current monthly debt payments. Your staff just advised me to try and “chip away” at my credit card debt!

@HSBC_UK My HSBC online banking account was locked and it took me weeks to get access reset again. Staff telling me the wrong info to reset the account only delayed matters. If you can't get basic banking correct, I can't imagine you are any help in a cost of living crisis.
