Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK I have been paying with Google pay all the evening unaware of the issues. I have 2 transactions missing from online banking and I used Google for tube journey. Hoping Google will push these through now services seem to be running again? #HSBC

True of you? Because of access issues @HSBC_UK has just put me in a a difficult/unpleasant/embarrassing situation perhaps one that might impact my credit score or see me accrue charges elsewhere. What can we do @MoneySavingExp ?
