Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK oh dear! App crashed again? Getting a bit annoying now! Phone lines close at 8pm and @DowndetectorUK were the only way to check if it was me with a problem!

@HSBC_UK I wasn't able to buy my shopping today because I couldn't access my online banking. You have wasted my time since I had to walk 4 miles. I am on the live chat and nobody is getting back to me. Very appalling service and I am thinking of switching banks.

@HSBC_UK Oh look - it's late night, everybody at HSBC has gone home and once again the banking system is not working! I'm sick of having to fight to be able to use my OWN money because you con-artists can't operate your banking facility with any kind of consistency! You're a joke!

@HSBC_UK UNACCEPTABLE. You're supposed to be a professional bank. The fact that customers are prevented from accessing their own money twice in 4 days is diabolical. Where's our compensation? Disgusting service. Many will be switching.
