  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  @HSBC_UK can I raise a complaint about your gdpr team? They have sent emails asking for confidential information without providing proof of who they are. The email also has grammar errors and despite providing details to match me to my account 100% they say they can't.

  @HSBC_UK Hi myself my wife and kids are all on the correct version on different devices, and it shows the licence error for all of us when trying to to play in a cheque.
