Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@lornabrown1987 @HSBC_UK Same. Thought it was my phone, deleted the app, reinstalled it, can’t remember my details and now a wall of steps to go through to get access. Still can’t do that because the app won’t open and online platform wants a code from the app 😭 Trip to the bank on the cards again 😩

@HSBC_UK @TakeFive Really disappointed with hsbc, been a customer for over 18 years and been offered a very patchy service. Made an official complaint 1516297 but not very hopeful, will be changing the bank soon.
