Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

another issue with the bank feed on @QuickBooksUK apparently it was fault of @HSBC_UK for ghosting and sending in transactions twice, well three times once. Then they miss a whole day of transactions. So hsbc is there an issue working with quickbooks?

@HSBC_UK I cleared the cache, three different browsers and multiple devices (PC, Laptop, iPhone), the problem was the server response from HSBC to the "log-in" button on the homepage last night (please look at timestamp of original tweet)

@HSBC_UK the error comes when navigating off the HSBC homepage (but when I choose a deep-link I can bypass the error, butt it took me ten minutes to find that path)

@HSBC_UK @YoungMoneyEdu There was an amount £600 which bank claimed to be fraud transaction as advised by sender. I submitted all the evidences supporting the case but I was told that the amount was paid back to the senders. Please HELP!

@HSBC_UK Can't log in to online banking, Can't access the app, says locked for security reasons and I can't talk to anyone because I've forgotten my telephone banking security number. All I want to do is agree to an interest rate swap on a mortgage account. Why is it so hard?

@HSBC_UK Absolutely awesome service from your Travel claims department. Reported claim this morning, received a call back at 9:20 and claim agreed and paid. Wish other providers were this easy to deal with!
