Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@HSBC_UK LoungeKey not allowing me to add my HSBC credit card to the app. Slightly pointless if it’s basic functionality isn’t working.

@HSBC_UK I have issues with fraudulent use of a debit card and have so far spent 4 hours trying to resolve the issue with 5 different staff. Do @HSBC_UK even care about fraud ? I think not !

@HSBC_UK Believe me, if she could log on to the website, she would have done. The only time someone uses the phone service is when they're desperate… being reminded how much easier it could be if only you weren't desperate.

@HSBC_UK = Misinformation If I had one bit of advice, it would be AVOID. HSBC is the only bank I bank with where I have continuous issues. On top of their sub par banking services, their advisors will lie to you and it will be your fault.

@HSBC_UK About 5 minutes later but an almost 40 min wait is never acceptable. HSBC would have collapsed pretty quickly If staff like myself ever delivered that service, which we didn't. But thanks for replying

@HSBC_UK is the new iOS 16 beta supported, if not why is this the case since other banking apps do not have this issue. Thank you.

Honestly @HSBC_UK, I don't know how much more painful you could make paying a new payee. There are two forces at tension here; 1. you're paying a large amount of money and want to check the deets, and 2. your JWTs expire in about a nanosecond and make it the user's problem
