Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@cprsmum @HSBC_UK Had an error paying my credit card off then it kept coming up with the code error whenever I tried logging in, so came to twitter and have seen everyone else with same issue

@cprsmum @HSBC_UK Mine is the exact same!! I was panicking something had happened to my accounts! It won’t let me log on to internet banking on their website either, it’s saying that my details aren’t found!! @HSBC_UK you need to sort this ASAP! You are making people stress!
