    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @davey @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK Same. It caught me off guard last year and I naively assumed HSBC wouldn’t muck it up again. Now suck without access to my account. legit considering using uSwitch to gain access, and get a cheeky 150 from some other bank for the pleasure.

    @HSBC_UK Telling a customer you are busy is not an appropriate response. How many of the high volume of enquirers have been caused by the banks own processes (such as mine)?

    @HSBC_UK Yourself and @firstdirect can keep telling your customers EVERY year the same “we don’t support beta until it’s released” but you are the SAME TWO banking apps that fail every year and it’s a little tiresome that you inconvenience the 1000’s of iOS users now installing iOS 16

    @HSBC_UK Been a Premier/Elite/Business client in 2 countries for 11 years, but I will switch this year. Seeing too many issues, low interests and advantages. On top of being stubborn with @Apple iOS Public beta compatibility. Ridiculous. Old school. 👋

    @TheFCA trying to get @HSBC_UK to approve a transaction on my account. Asked lots of questions which I answered appropriately. Then asked about my tax status! Said this was improper question and asked for call back. No call and digital banking access suspended? Any advice?

    @HSBC_UK iphone app keeps crashing so can’t use it for digital key. Can’t log in online without it and certainly don’t wait to sit on hold for an hour. How else can I log in or get by this issue?

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK Agreed. This might be the final thing that makes me switch banks. I’ve been contemplating it for a while and I know of numerous banks who don’t have issues with iOS betas.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Mauro, the biggest issue about this was probably the number of times he phoned and got shunted from pillar to post work no joy, being cut off on a few occasions and then having to call again and go through the whole process of explaining the problem again and again
