Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK I currently can’t make any purchases online with my business card because I am told you don’t have my phone number for verification. I phoned and gave you my number that you already have. Still can’t purchase and phone support told me it must be the vendor’s fault (ie Amazon)

@footballosso @HSBC_UK I've got the same - and when I open the app it's completely wiped the data and I can't log in anymore! Woke up this morning to do banking and can't get in - can't even log in online as can't get into the app for digital security code

@HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, got a call security call last Friday. Couldn't hear the person who called me - asked them to call me back so I verify transfer. Rather than do that they disabled my mobile app. Now on the phone trying to get app access but been hung up on. REALLY!

Hey @HSBC_UK what gives? Your app keeps crashing every time I try to login, so I tried the website instead only to have it boot me out whenever I try to make a payment. But your website claims everything is working??

@HSBC_UK - why is it so difficult to open a business bank account?? Already yr customer and you won’t help me at all with this. Live help useless. Phone refers back to live help. Branch say will give me urgent call back - 1 week ago… do you not want new acc?
