I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@ScotRail @HSBC_UK @MastercardUK I don't remember the error from the contactless pads but the chip + pin reader says something like "card type not supported". Has happened for weeks at Croy (all machines, ticket office is ok) and this morning at Waverley, Edinburgh.

@HSBC_UK I’ll help. If a payment is pending for the 28th, and IT IS the 28th. Maybe make it not pending anymore? Or go back to primary school, maybe they can teach you how calendars work.

@HSBC_UK is that a broken link you sent me? So basically I have to sort out online banking to transfer the funds over? All due respect, we've not been given that information properly (no correspondences or anything), this asks the question also why this rule has been changed?

@HSBC_UK Why are pending transactions taken off from balance like they have been approved? If a customer informs you that she did not authorise these payments from her debit card, why can't you protect your customer by stopping the payments? This customer is now in overdraft!

@HSBC_UK Harborne your customer service is lacking. Queue for ten minutes with change bags to pay in to be told I have to know the amount I’m paying in so he can “check my workings”. Went to the post office and they took it without question - and paid it into my HSBC account 🤯

@airindiain @PMOIndia Hi Team,I have received an error page while booking flight from LHR to BOM via DEL scheduled on(8th April2021) but payment was deducted from Bank. I see in my bank statement. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m yet to refund amt - £335.22 GBP @HSBC_UK Pls help
