    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK That’s the problem I went in branch to sort something out and it’s not being done so I call to chase and nothing is being done to help. So phoning or chat is useless

    @HSBC_UK hello! what's the point to have customer chat in your app, when its completely useless for the customers? You can't fix simple things there, you just basically give your customer services number and then you need to wait 1 hour to speak to someone?! this is joke!
