    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK It seems it falls outside the usual process flow so nobody knows how to deal with it. I need to be assigned a specific person with the technical ability to fix this. I'm sick of being passed around.

    @AllisonPearson @LukeJohnsonRCP @HSBC_UK I'm lucky that I have a room to work in at home, though my wife isn't delighted by two laptops and attendant wiring. I'd prefer working with people but I only have to work if I have work to do, no need to mark time in an office.

    @HSBC_UK 12 days to this tweet. No refund of my own money refunded by complete savings on 24/3/2022 call details to HSBC 25/4/22 7.12pm 41 mins;3/05/22 3.21 pm 39mins;12/5/22 3.21 pm 39 mins. same answer from all HSBC phone banking we have escalated ur issue to suspense account.

    @LukeJohnsonRCP @HSBC_UK That BS! Can’t recognise that at all. In an effort of investigating some historic transactions with Lloyds Business Bank, I simply called Lloyds with a list of queries, and by end of same day, all queries were addressed by 3 diff Lloyds staff, all working from their homes.

    @ProfPateman @HSBC_UK I've got problems too after entering my ib number the next page never loads. Tried in chrome and Edge and have super fast fiber so must be your end!
