Ben Fuller (@benjaminfuller) reported from Easingwold, EnglandI’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Ben Fuller (@benjaminfuller) reported from Easingwold, EnglandUnbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC
-
TREV TREVOR (@TREV225) reported from Northallerton, England@HSBC_UK issues with the Banking App constantly falling on the new iOS update. Is there an issue?

Craig (@petrolveins) reportedHey @HSBC_UK Three hours of a Friday evening wasted trying to get a coherent answer to a single question about a credit card balance transfer… Been a customer for 30 years, mortgage with you for 20 and I’m now considering leaving over a single question.

Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

Helen Todd (@HelenTodd3) reported@jckchn88 @HSBC_UK Hi, spent 50 mins on hold to be told every UK customer received this in error and there is no issue with your cards. The woman told me I was ok to unfreeze my card. Hope that helps #HSBC #ApplePay

Manda 🇵🇸 🍀 (@mandacfc) reported@HSBC_UK Did you seriously ask me to message me privately so you could tell me in private you can’t help? Are you serious?
-
Beth (@befffffani) reported@HSBC_UK also, please revert back how to log onto the desktop site. I like to use it on mobile sometimes and Impossible to log in now as it needs the QR code from the app.
-
Spencer Carter (@SpencerCar72184) reportedI was the receiver of the most unhelpful customer service by @HSBC_UK today. Seems helping a customer try and get a new card (which has been lost) is not a priority! That’ll be me switching then!
-
Space0day (@space0day) reportedThe mobile app support team isn't helping saying they don't have further access. @HSBC_UK
-
AH 🙋🏼♀️ (@al_af_af) reported@HSBC_UK your service is terrible I’ve been on the phone and chat trying to report suspicious activity for almost 2 hours and am just being ignored
-
Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK Your customer services number has been hacked. It is asking for details no bank would. I want you to sort this out now.
