  Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

  I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

  @HSBC_UK Amazing customer service last Monday at the 196 Oxford Street, London branch. Stuck in London with no debit card and no way to access money. The staff went through the options of the way I could access cash and I was sorted. You have awesome staff there!

  @HSBC_UK I want to open a mymoney account for my children. I am not a hsbc customer. I understand I need to provide proof of address and id for myself. I can provide proof of id for the children. Do they also need to provide proof of address if so what ???

  @HSBC_UK @simon_willis_ We have had exactly the same issue! So frustrating - how are 18 year olds fresh out of school supposed to have any type of credit history!
