    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK @jenntaylor06 Guessing its never coming given we are a year on Looking to move credit card now, thats £30k a year from us going to move to an accepted medium. understand you can't support all platforms, but Garmin are huge,maybe a statement as to why HSBC have not engaged would be appropriate

    @HSBC_UK Trying to open a new bank account since a week. Visited branch - they informed to do online. While doing online - trying since a week - always states ID verification tool / jumio tool is currently unavailable. Request for help - it is URGENT!

    @HSBC_UK I can’t log on to HSBC app . I have tried that neither face recognition nor password can log in. It stay on the log on page all the time.
