    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK your app is putting out transaction keys that are black text on a black background. What is wrong with it? Do you not have QA? All other HSBC apps are working as intended.

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK The article ranking @HSBC_UK as one of the worst banks in the UK for customer satisfaction is current as well. It's dated January 2022. I'm not surprised either, given I've had to resort to twitter to get HSBC to look at a complaint made 6 months ago. Disgraceful.

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK You're online banking isn't working today - unable to transfer money on the mobile app and generating a code to log in online on my PC just produces a blank... Tried the mobile app chat but it logs me out due to inactivity because no operators are available.....

    @HSBC_UK does anyone work for you? Can't get through to support. On a call for 70min with no one picking up. Chat window open for 2 hours, "handed over to agent". @HSBC

    @ZubyMusic @HSBC_UK did the same. Had to deal with fraud protection in the Philippines who could barely speak a word of English. I’ve used @HSBC_UK for 17 years but about done with them. Service is spiralling down.

    @HSBC_UK Good morning. It would have been nice to have had some warning that you were completely changing the Mobile app. I would like to report an issue. 'Fast Balance' has completely disappeared. This was the one feature that I used. As I refuse to set up Digital Secure Key.

    @HSBC_UK any idea when the app is going to be fixed? Since the latest update earlier this week, it keeps crashing when I try and open it. Don't want to delete/reinstall as lots of ppl saying this still locks them out. This needs fixing ASAP as I can't access my acc info

    @HSBC_UK I'm sorry I don't need any explanation how the app works. I'm reporting to you that it has been changed without notifying customers. And that the change has removed a key feature - fast balance - I believe this is an error that needs to be rectified. Please take this forward.
