Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@pcardno @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis Yes I’ve just had the same. Nearly transferred £11,234 instead of £112.34. Tried ‘live chat’ ha! Denying all knowledge of the problem. “There are currently no other reports made in relation to the said error”
