    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK 40 minutes on hold with no answer - logged me out of your app and removed all my stored credentials so I can’t log in. Zzzzzzzzz might have to move current account to Monzo after all. #antiquated

    @HSBC_UK existing customer here who can’t open an online bonus saver account through the online option. Have tried the chat option through online banking to no avail. Tried to call but nearly an hour wait already! Such a frustrating experience for a 25+ year customer.
