Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK here we going again. Son has turned 18, wants to set up online banking but firstly has to set up telephone banking.. M been on hold over 1hr now with the ear bleeding hold music. Your customer "service" is truly awful. Someone needs sacking for this debacle

@HSBC_UK @HSBC your colleague gave me wrong information and told me a transfer between savers account and current account isn’t counted as a withdrawal so I did that and now I’m told it is so I’m losing on a months interest of up to £35. Absolutely unacceptable service

1/2 @HSBC_UK is the worst bank! I just called to try access my online banking but I forgot my login details they put me through security and because I got one question wrong they don’t believe it’s me and basically hung up on me and didn’t even try to help and they have now

Recommendations for a good business banking service please? Ordered a new @HSBC_UK debit card on the 6th December that still hasn't arrived. Meanwhile subscriptions for my domain, Google workspace and business travel can't be paid...
