    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Fantastic service at Broad Street Worcester branch this morning after my daughter managed to lock herself out of her online banking. The staff in branch took the time to get her back online very quickly.

    @Ashdown_Ranger @HSBC_UK Apparently it happens with phone or app update. My issue got resolved but had to spend another 1.5 hours on the phone this morning.

    @HSBC_UK No you need to put clear guidance in the public domain to help all your customers, maybe that way you will reduce pressure on your call centres and chat services and reduce the disgraceful wait times your customers currently face.

    @Ivo_Ivanov1218 @HSBC_UK I am having EXACTLY the same problem. Access to account blocked, no warning it would happen and absolutely no help. I've tried online chat -passed round so far to FIVE agents, none of which can help. APPALLING
