I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK telephone service is always awesome... but your online banking experience always feels like i'm using dialup internet. It's somewhat unusable at times (presently it's got technical issues, but even when there aren't any it's awfully slow) - please please invest in it
