I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Hi Chris - literally at the start - I have clicked "get a decision in principle" on the "how to apply for a mortgage" page and it comes up with this error - on both my phone (chrome 4th July update) and laptop (chrome also recently updated) Would love to not have to call!
