Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

I've been an absolute idiot and switched my bank account @HSBC_UK You have to have online banking in order to register for online banking. The only other option is to call them, but they put you on hold for hours then can't even resolve your problem. Pathetic.

@HSBC_UK I never experienced such a bank which is no idea about what they are doing. And this even not first time me trying to fix their issues , such a joke! I will visit branch now and will see how it goes and decide to close my accounts>>>

@HSBC_UK Firstly try answering your call centre phone lines, I called twice since 5:30pm only to get nowhere and incur call charges. Dissatisfied with your lack of customer service.
