Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

@mitchellsx @HSBC_UK @harryjsmith03 There is nothing to fix. They actively chose to block the app form working on iOS 16. The M&S bank app now works on iOS 16, and this is a HSBC subsidiary, so there’s no reason why the HSBC UK app shouldn’t work.

@HSBC_UK trying to pay off credit card balance using “pay & transfer” in mobile app. When I get to review payment screen, it is totally blank , not allowing me to confirm payment. I am on ios 15.6. Please look into the issue urgently
