    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    @HSBC_UK I have spent half an hour trying online to send money to my sons account in St Lucia. It failed dismally because HSBC made it impossible. I am so angry that bonafide customers are treated like idiots. I want a phone number I can call you from the Caribbean for advice.

    @HSBC_UK your Mobile Banking App keeps on crashing since the last update and hence I can not login to my online banking nor mobile banking. There seems to be no way to report this problem. What to do?

    @HSBC_UK Why does the mobile banking App not work on IOS 12? Called today and told you have updated and will not be able to use anymore unless I update my phone. You are disadvantaging customers. Are HSBC going to fix this?

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK @HSBC How has this not been fixed yet?? Six days now. Since access to accounts (including via website) is now fully reliant on the mobile app shouldn’t this be a priority here!?
