Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Sorry don't know how to private message. I rang simply to get a mortgage interest figure on commercial mortgage and no one can help apart from relationship manager who not contactable. I also gad to wait Ihr 30mins for somone to pick phone. I am currently on hold now for 57mins.

@Vicx_100 @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@HSBC_UK . Complete bullshit. 1 hour & 15 minutes I waited to speak to an operator about a potential fraud. Apparently, I got one question wrong, so you ‘couldn’t help me any further’. Total rubbish! Think I might look for another bank. Any suggestions?

@HSBC_UK shocking service. Over 30 days we’ve been locked out our swim club bank account. No code sent for new secure key, wait another 10 days. Code arrives - won’t work as old secure key not been disconnected. Now got to wait another 10 days for welcome pack.15 hrs + on phone!

@HSBC_UK you have the worst telephone banking service. What is the point of your service when the two people I spoke couldn't help with a simple query. I also had to wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes fir someone to amswer #uselesshsbc
