    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Still awaiting an acknowledgment let alone a response. Formal complaint submitted. This is a great case study on how not to treat a loyal customer with 20 years business and 45 years personal relationship with HSBC.

    @brixtonkate Our club accounts have had loads of problems with @HSBC_UK asking loads of intrusive and irrelevant questions. They have not being been in the least bit helpful and at one joint just closing down our deposit account on a whim. So if definitely avoid them

    @HSBC_UK Hi Alison, thanks for getting back to me. I have spoken to two agents both left me on hold!!! I do have online banking with you and have happily used it for years. But I’m stuck and have even been told I can’t make payments via telephone banking! 🏳 please help! 🆘

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Awful customer service! I am still waiting on a replacement cheque of £1800 when you closed my charity account & wrote a cheque out in the wrong name in October. I have been told the cheque was sent over a month ago, I’ve been to branch and I’ve rung multiple times

    @HSBC_UK I've been locked out of my business internet bank for 9 days. Phone banking can't help, went into a branch today, 2 hours later they say we can't help me as it is business. Uploaded my re set form, 2 hours it said it would take. Nothing!

    @HSBC_UK Help has failed to respond to DMs that they say they're available to 24 hours a day. Did reach out requesting an email when they picked up our public twitter complaint a few hours latter. This too goes unanswered over 24 hours later. New account opened with another Bank
