@HSBC_UK is waiting over an hour to get through to someone on the disputes time normal? I know it’s busy but that’s a long time. I’ve been trying for over a week to fix the issue I have and I’ve been told it will be and now it’s the day before and it’s still not fixed

@HSBC_UK On your website, it says if you have signed up for a current account, a telephone banking security number will come, along with your pin, in a few days after getting the card. However, it also says you need to register for one. So which one is it? Thanks :)
