@HSBC_UK 12.5.4 iPhone. App starts to load, I start fingerprint log in. After 10 seconds, everything returns to phone home screen.

@HSBC_UK Still doesn’t work. I suggest it’s possibly an iOS 14.7 issue then rather than an HSBC issue. It works an a desktop.
