    @HSBC_UK Hey! So I've just moved to the UK and I opened a HSBC premiere account before arrival (Using my Indian Premier account). Went to the bank today for them to only take my ID/Address verification from employer and ABSOLUTELY NO INFO on when I'll get access to account. Help.

    @HSBC_UK has to have the worst customer service phoneline. Been with the bank for over 20 years and it has never improved its service, same tune, same fuzzy noise.

    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming.froze my business account due to safeguard even though I sent relevant info in dec2020 with no other reply.customer for 34 years!!!!
