  @ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far

  Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

  @HSBC_UK Have been trying to access my account for years. I do not know my logins details in anyway. The international call phone call number will not work. What can I do? I am getting emails but can’t access anything.

  @hsbc_uk I’ve been alerted by CreditKarma to a hard search on my credit file by HSBC, but I haven’t applied for any accounts and I’m not a HSBC customer. Who do I report this to? I’ve tried calling a couple of times but the telephone operators aren’t able to help.

  @HSBC_UK Thank you for your reply. I've emailed a copy of the Closure request and the details you requested to that email address. HSBC telephone banking will not give me access to anyone because it doesn't recognise my account / Date of Birth 😠. Is there a tel number I can call???

  @HSBC_UK hsbc kinetic- total waste of time. Very poor service. Lost 1 week of income as could not start to provide services waiting for the account which was rejected after false promises. Used online @Cashplus bank, all approved in 10 minutes.

  @HSBC_UK hi, I have been trying to access the hsbc app all day and the account page won't load. I get an error saying 'there was a problem connecting to our servers please try again later'. Is there a known problem?

  Looks like @HSBC_UK is transphobic as ****.. I would recommend, not using them anymore if you do.. Got an appointment to open another account with less than half the info @HSBC_UK wanted, no problem.. #Transphobia #TransLivesMatter #HSBC
