    @HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

    @HSBC_UK shocking telephone service, my elderly covid positive mother trying to make an online payment, needed to add mobile number to her account to authorise amount, was told to go into branch or wait 7 days for a letter - useless when payment due that day & she has covid 🤬

    @HSBC_UK This is not a positive step , it is grandstanding by a deluded HR function. As a customer I am disappointed that you feel the need to get involved … this is zero to do with inclusion as I feel very excluded

    @HSBC_UK is playing a clever game. They have made opening an account next to impossible. Now they want to vex current account holders in the hopes they close their accounts. Then they can announce they have lost the retail banking battle in the UK close up and move to China.
